Both this wand and Shuriken of Negation* have a 1.20 attack speed, the fastest in the game.

this wands attack animation is a lightning bolt, its pretty cool.

I got this a while ago with my priest. If I remember correctly it was a reward from a quest in Duskwood. It's so fast in fact, that when you shoot it, it makes the "wooshing" wand sound once every two shots instead of once per shot.

Don't vendor this wand! I wish I still had it. Wands are useful for only two things:

1) Stats
2) Wanding for Mana (Alliance Only)

AFAIK, this is the fastest Wand available, which means it's the best wand for getting mana back. I could switch to this wand, wand for mana, and then switch back for stats.

Oh well, Stormrager has good stats and is only slightly slower ;-)

This wand is a winner for taking on Shaman in PvP. Playing as a mage/priest/lock against a Shaman, you'll NEED a way to knock out Tremor Totems/Grounding Totems.

No better way than this; it is the fastest wand in the game.

It's really imba against mages for example if they silence and frost nova u and charge up their spells, cus then u can just wand them (which interrupts spell) and hopefully get enough time so that the silence is over before he casts the spell and then u can silence him or do whateva u want

Just look for the comment like i said and hit it then you should see the gnome attack the tauren who is attacking the drake which in my opinion the tauren is completely doomed! :) Tho i do hope you all enjoy the video. plus the whole video is really about how fast the tauren druid is attacking with moonfire so you can see 2 really fast things in this video

fastest thing i've ever seen
i play a priest so when i get silenced i switch to wand until it wears off. usually this will stop spell casting long enough for silence to wear off so i can shield.
keep this wand around even when you get something with higher DPS

I just received this wand last night as a quest item from doing the Worgen in the Woods. I'm a lvl 30 warlock...for some reason, when I was blasting my target with it, it kept saying "resist." Afterwards, when I tried to target another attacker, the wand wasn't even working. No bolts were coming out of it - nothing! Anyone have any ideas as to why? It's like it "just stopped" working.....I really like this wand and really wanted it, so now I want it to work! :-)
