If you are a warrior tank, these are a cheap and easy way to start a fight with extra rage. Between using Bloodrage and drinking one of these you can begin combat with plenty of high threat abilities. Great when you know that you won't be taking massive damage right away and won't be risking death by using a potion cooldown.

As of patch 2.4.3 these no longer require Briarthorn to make, but instead only require 2 Sharp Claws (and a vial, obviously).

I make them all the time and I'm not a warrior.

Know that these potions are on the same timer as healing potions. This comes as a surprise to a lot of Warriors when they use 'em for the first time.

The person who sells this potion is in the cleft of shadow, I believe he also sells mushrooms. Thats where I bought mine, didnt know it was hard to get.

yeah i make these all the time

it does not PERMANENTLY add this rage...its like...a last resort bloodrage when its still in cooldown.

anyone who needs this recipe go to moonbrook near DM entrance (dead mines) if your horde go to BB and run to westfall very simple there will be a big house type thing oppisite side of DM entrance go in there go up the stairs and in 1 of the 3 rooms is a merchant he sell it also you cna repair off him and horde and alliance can use i found out when i was on my rogue in westfall on horde so if you need to repair theres a spot too GL =D

I found a dealer in the house opposite the mine entrance called the Defias Profiteer. Coords 43,67 on the second floor. He sold me the rage potion.

I have been selling this potion to Warriors individually for 20-50s i have to go up to them and pst them. I have not had 1 bid in AH, but really sucessful outside.

The reagent vendor at the cleft of the shadow sells the recipe for the rage potion for 1s I have made a little money of this at the AH I can sell them from anywhere around 50 to 75s for the recipe so i continue to be a faithful customer of the reagent vendor. Easy silver man I love the AH and impatient players.

although i play a rogue and mage, this would be great for any lvl warrior, there is a better and similar potion but 40 rage is more than enough for a lvl 70 warrior to get off a few attacks

I bought my recribe in Westfall.. Moonbrook.. the vendor is on the top floor in one of the houses there :)

in moonbrook westfall, there is an inn full of defias. if u go all the way upstairs u find him in one of the rooms. he sells the recipie

Good idea to know an alchemist or have one of your alts be one. I have a mature alchemist who can whomp up a mess of rage for you.
