Scouting Gloves of the Monkey are the best 19 twink rogue/hunter gloves in the game, having 1 more agi/stam than the Deviate Scale Gloves. On my server these go for about 30-35g a pop, so if you don't want em, auction em.

I just bought mine in the Auction House for 30 silver :O
I was mad that I just lost a bid on Shadowfang, so I looked for my twinks gloves and boom, these babies were in there!

The expensive Scouting Gloves of the Monkey are those with a +4 Agility enchant, not the +3.

Classic WoW Twinks: These are your BiS gloves for Rogues. They can roll a 3 or a 4 on both stats, so your BiS will be a 4/4 rolled "Of the Monkey".

You won't find better. Good luck!
