When used it heals for 415-416 (at least on my 1775 health rogue, probably it's a fixed amount, but I report my max life just in case this the amount healed is a percentage of total health).

This thing shares potion's cd, but it's on a 5 minutes cd.

Yeah, clicking the effect shows the following:

Heal: 370-430
Mana: 350-450

Average of 400 healing and 400 mana. Like some sort of Rejuv.potion.

Heres what this item did for me:

1. Healed/mana regen. of 402
2. Healed/mana regen. of 382
3. Healed/mana regen. of 431
4. Healed/mana regen. of 378
5. Healed/mana regen. of 429

So yeah, the average gain is just about 400. This item is fairly useful as it is basically a free rejuvination potion that you have an unlimited supply of.

It is also worth noting that this item is soulbound and you can only carry 1 at a time. In other words, unless you plan on sticking around the spring, you will only be able to get 1 of this item.

EDIT: This item is also needed for a quest you can get at level 40.

Not only does it heal and restore mana, but it dispels (1-4) negative effects on you. I'm assuming it's only magic debuffs that are dispelled.

I regained 352 mana when I drank this item. I then retreived another from the spring, and found that the item has a six minute cooldown.

Gave me 393 mana when I drank it. Does have a six minute cooldown, but also starts the 2 minute cooldown on pots as well.

I used this once when I was badly hurt and had some adverse effects on me.

Seemed to make me right as rain and 100% health.

Don't quote me on it though, I was in combat and it was a last-resort kind of thing... coulda also had a priest heal me too.

Anyway, I like the stuff and I snag some almost every time I go to Booty Bay. :)

Up in the southern hills of westfall, just south of moonbrook, is a quest giver named grimbooze. he gave out some low lvl westfall quests but once you of appropriate lvl it opens up to you (lvl 44 quest) its a 5 series quest and very hard to figure out. the reward is a trinket that allows you to breathe fire (mini flamethrower)

I (rogue) when in combat used it restored 420 hp i think if u have mana that is low it will restore 300-500 mana this is actually pretty wierd dosnt say anything about anything, so thats how i think it works and if u think differently please tell

You get this at Cosmos location 28,62 in Stranglethorn Vale.

Just click on the spring and you get the item. It is soulbound on pickup and you can only carry one in your inventory at a time.

I used it.
It healed me 370 hp and I gained 412 mana.

Go around the small cape where the naga are. Just at the tip, when it begins to curve east into the fjord (waterfall & mountains meet water) there is a path up. It is marked by palm trees and and (a ways up the hill) an old stone marker. If you follow this path for a few yards you'll come to a wooden bridge. Instead of going over the bridge, take a right at the marker and follow up into a naga camp where the spring is.

The path up to the well starts at 24,63 if you have Cosmos.

If you don't have Cosmos, it's on the big island north of booty bay. Look for the geographic feature on the map that looks like a weird V - it's on the tip of the long western line of the V.

Look for the path that will head east and up onto the hill.

i am fairly sure this doesnt have any set rules on what it restores. My hunter drank some while h had low man and health and it restored both. while whne my rogue drank it, with full health and no energy, it filled my energy meter. So, i think whatever you need, it helps with.

I picked up the water in the fountain in STV, and could not get out of the fountain; too short to jump it as a gnome. Had to use the Hearthstone to get out :( Mount did not succeed either.

when you actually use this item it replenishes about 373 mana. Prolly better you don't rely on this as a mana potion.

I don't see how you get stuck....I just walked up to the fountain, rightclicked the stream coming out and had no problems at all...

Yeah i got STUCK and no hearthstone to unstick myself. you would THINK they would of fixed this but NO. DONT JUMP IN IT.

Do not expect to be able to us this AND a potion. This is on the same timer as your potions. Using it triggers your two-minute potion cooldown.

You do not have to go into the fountain to get the water. Standing in front of it is enough. People have been known to get stuck in it before.

Heals and restores approximately 400 health and mana. (400 health and 394 mana the last time I looked)
