A guildie got this drop yesterday and wanted to give it to me. To our surprise, the PLAN was "bind on pickup". Obviously, he could not give it to me.

This was the first time we saw "bind on pickup" outside an instance (he was in Stranglethorn), and also the first time we saw "bind on pickup" on a plan/recipe. I guess such is my luck.

Anyone else noticed this? Seems like this plan was made available with the Dec 21st patch, so it may be bugged...

yeah, I am armorsmith so I was lucky when I found it. It was in a chest in a small lake in the Hinterlands when I came across it... was also surprise that it was bind on pickup, but did not bug it.

I got lucky, I got it in a box and havn't taken it out of it. Only problem is that I can't run it on AH. Guess its one of those nice curses, only if I could sell it.

Found mine in Razorfen Downs...any idea how much one sells for in the AH?

I was one of the lucky weaponsmiths to stumble across the plans for this awsome katana-style blade while my group was running ZF. I say i was lucky because while i never use the sword in combat myself, it proved to be a real money maker. Its ease to construct--in that it requires no gems--coupled w/ the fact that this is a very rare weapon in the AH because of it being a BoP plan, enabled me to beat the prices of contemperary lvl 40 swords. Generally, i would sell a Wicked Mithril Blade for 4 gold, and i have sold about 15 so far. A guarenteed sell every time.

it seems i have not found all the Plans yet and am sorry to hear its BoP...i am on Dreanor if any one still has it ina Lock Box..i would Gladly Buy it....i am a master sword smith on<Dreanor>Boneburst send a message in the Mail or find me in the Game and toss a number my way or i will gladly make a trade im revered with AD and can makea lot of Nice stuff....but spendy mats<Just send a tell plz>

Seriously. I've made about 10, sold them all for about 6 gold each. They rock for blacksmiths trying to make money.

I found one of these plans in an iron lockbox. I don't have any Blacksmith friends that are playing right now so I'm holding on to hit to see if I can give them the entire lockbox. If I could just sell the lockbox and someone trusted me enough that would be awesome.

i found plan off a scalper in hinterlands(i am a bs) so i was happy then the next drop off of a scalper was a widowmaker so i was hppier

What armor does she have on? Is that all of the Heavy Mithril armor pieces? If so, I smell recycled pic, and I've been looking for the Heavy Mithril pic anyway! They look like the shoulders anyway, let me know.

got mine from half buried bottle in stranglethorn vale...
I suggest checking them out, i got 2 green plans in about 2 minutes
