This item is a repeatable quest that requires 3 Blasted Boar Lungs, 2 Scorpok Pincers, and 1 Basilisk Brain.

When you turn in these materials the first time you will receive a 50 stamina buff, and you will receive the lung juice with it. After that you will just receive the juice.

Lung juice is BoP and unique. It also goes away upon death.

Such an awesome buff, so unfortunate this is unique you can only carry one on you at a time. Blizzard should have made it that you can carry as many as you want, but cant use more than one per 2 hours instead of 1 hour imo as a tradeoff..rather than having to come back here over and over and over and over...

and over and over..

I had all of them sitting in my bank and they even nerfed those. Very disappointed. They should remove them from being unique now and make them stackable. Good way to save money on potions if you're not an alchemist. Keep them Soulbound.

Yes, the buffs themselves were nerfed in 1.11 - but the drop rate on the items needed had a major buff. Now, as far as I can see, the drop rate is 100%. Before it was quite low, especially the basilisk brains it seemed.

If you only need this for Libram of Constitution, like I do right now, it's actually much better than before.

Do you have to be on the quest to get this drop or can it just drop of mobs

Good luck finding these boars. They use to have 2 different types of boars these dropped off of. Now, I found only 1 kind AND there were ONLY 2 or 3 of them in this one spot, had to wait forever for them to respawn to finally get the lungs. Terribly time consuming when this is the main ingredient.

/agree its for twinks and if you had 1 you would know why it not "um very dum" 100hps can mean everything for a 19 twink

Can be soulbound and just done in will not be traded.

Yummah! Good stuff, just be aware of Temerus the Devourer. This nasty Dragon is a Raid Boss and flies a track in the area of The Blasted Lands and hit for about 1700 hp.

I am pretty sure this was 50 STA pre 1.11, along with the other 4 potions.

This is used in another quest for a 100HP enchantment for the legs or head.
