Highlights

For the most part the Battle of Dazar'alor will have the same order of bosses for Alliance and Horde. However bosses 2 and 3 are swapped for each faction. Grong, the 2nd boss for the Horde is raised by Bwomsamdi and becomes the 3rd boss for the Alliance.

The WoW team is discussing adding little glimpses into the progress of the other faction during the raid. For instance, when you start the final three bosses, maybe you will see the Alliance version of your raid running down the pyramid or something like that.

Inspiration for the Treasure Guardian boss and chamber originated in the fantasy of old Egyptian tombs and hidden vault treasures.

Naz'jatar will be really large, with full support for many different types of end-game content, including at least 5 different subzones, showing many different aspects of the Naga culture.

The Mechagon Megadungeon follows similar design principles of Karazhan. It is intended to be a place where you assemble a group and stay in there for a while. Later on, it will be available in Mythic+ with smaller segments of the dungeon for each Mythic+ run.

Blizzard shared details on Reaping, the Season 2 M+ Affix. Every 20% on the enemy forces' bar, Bwomsamdi will resurrect all spirits from the creatures you have killed and they will all rush you, trying to swarm you. There will be also really cool Bwomsamdi-themed effects tied to this affix including a Blood Moon that will rise whenever this effect takes place. There will be a different effect as well for when you lose the timer, but no spoilers until testing starts!

Reaping should feel less slow than Infested, giving players more control about when the effect happen.

There might be dungeon and affix tuning coming in Tides of Vengeance. For instance, Necrotic will be physical and not magical.

For Tides of Vengeance, the team is working on reviewing the state of abilities added to the GCD and many movement abilities will likely be removed from it.

The team is looking for opportunities to have raiding feel more rewarding. For Battle of Dazar'alor, there will be new Azerite traits available only from raid pieces and those might be really rewarding for players.
