Mythic +10s and +11s End of Dungeon Rewards Nerfed to Item Level 203

Players have started reporting that the end-of-dungeon Rewards from Mythic +10s and +11s have been nerfed to Item Level 203, down from Item Level 207. This change appears to have been made within the last hour or so.

Mythic +10s and +11s
If you did Mythic +10s earlier this week, the rewards dropped Item level 207 gear from the end of dungeon chests, as seen in the screenshot below.
However, thanks to Tygzi, Bolas and desRow in Discord all confirming the same thing separately, it looks like Mythic +10s and +11s rewards have been nerfed down to Item Level 203.
It was a little weird that you got Item Level 207 from 10s through 14s with no change in end-of-dungeon reward.
