M+ Invitational Proving Grounds Week 2
The Mythic Dungeon Invitational competition continues this week! Competition teams should aim to complete the highest 5 dungeons
in time
and submit their information on
this form
at the end of the two week Proving Grounds period. Teams must consist of the same 5 players for all the dungeons.
Curious how groups are doing? Raider.io has
Mythic Dungeon Invitational leaderboards
and lists the highest keystone completed per group. You can also sort by Region if you want to see your chances at qualifying.
The Soultakers World Boss
The World Boss is the Soultakers. If you're after Artifact Appearances that drop from World Bosses, remember that the Fury Warrior components and Enhancement Shaman appearance can be found from Trial of Valor bosses in
a hotfix
.
The Soultakers drops ilvl 860 belts, neck, trinket and Storm Relic. Defeating
Cacciatrice d'Anime Mevra
is required for the World Quest

and counts towards credit for

Death Knights have a guaranteed chance to get

Northrend Timewalking Dungeon Event
While this event is active, players level 81 or higher may access a special Timewalking Dungeon Finder queue, which scales players and their items down to revisit past dungeons from the Wrath of the Lich King expansion. While Timewalking, bosses will yield loot appropriate for a player's natural level.
There are six Timewalking instances you can run:

How Timewalking Works
For Wrath of the Lich King Timewalking Dungeons, you retain all of your talents but your gear is scaled down to ilvl 160. You can use the "scale ilvl" button on item search results, and add stat weights to see which item is ranked the highest when everything is scaled down.
You can also use the "Timewalking Wrath" checkbox on item pages, to see what your own gear scales down to. Since the ilvl is so low, this means you can break out old legendaries--you're not limited to Warlords of Draenor gear!
To queue up for Timewalking, simply visit the Adventure Journal, or use the Group Finder Dungeon section. You can queue up with friends that are not max level, they just need to be level 81 or higher.
