The Sha'tar. To reach 5999/6000 Friendly solely from these quest turn-ins, that would require the following amounts:
Alternatively, the dungeons
The Botanica,
The Mechanar, and
The Arcatraz all grant reputation up to Exalted.
The Mechanar tends to be the fastest of the three dungeons and can be run repeatedly on Normal difficulty.
Honored to Exalted
Upon reaching Honored, the repeatable quests for
The Aldor and
The Scryers become unavailable. At this point, any non-repeatable quests under
Quests should be completed in addition to running the aforementioned dungeons on either Normal or Heroic difficulty.
