Shadowlands Season 1 Mythic+ Item Level Loot Table - Max End-of-Dungeon Reward Reduced to Below Heroic Raid

We've datamined the item level loot tables for Season 1 of Shadowlands Mythic+. There's some interesting changes to the item level table which includes the highest item level end-of-dungeon reward reduced to below Heroic raid level.

Season 1 Mythic+ Item Level Loot Table
Below is the datamined item level table for Season 1 of Mythic+ in Shadowlands showing the item level rewards from the End of Dungeon Chest and Weekly Great Vault. Remember that his is datamined and could change at any time.

What Mythic+ Level Should You Do?
Compared to the BFA Item Level chart, the Shadowlands chart is currently a little different.
In the current table, players will only need to complete a
Mythic 14
key to get the max item level reward of 226 from the
Great Vault
.
However, players need to complete a
Mythic 15
key to get the max item level reward of 210 from the End of the Dungeon chest.
Comparison to Raid Item Levels
For comparison, here are the raid item levels for Castle Nathria. The last two bosses of Castle Nathria
drop loot that is higher item level
.

Reduced Item Level of End-of-Dungeon Loot
As pointed out to me by
Jaydaa
, the max item level of end-of-dungeon chests is 210, whereas the loot from Heroic Castle Nathria is 213. This is the first time that Mythic+ end of dungeon chests will offer gear that is actually
lower item level
than Heroic gear when compared to Battle for Azeroth.

End of Dungeon Loot Cannot Trade Heroic Raid Loot
What does this mean? In Battle for Azeroth, on the week of Mythic raid release, players will farm Mythic+ gear before doing their raid in order to quickly farm Heroic level loot. In doing so, you would get Heroic level (or higher item level -- thanks titanforging) from Mythic+, allowing you to trade Heroic raid loot.
In Shadowlands however, farming gear on the week of Mythic raid release will be good for upgrades, but it will
not allow you to trade Heroic raid loot from Castle Nathria
currently offering loot that is 3 item levels lower. Is this intended? It almost seems that way considering 3 item levels is a minimal difference, but could be targeted at not allowing trading Heroic Castle Nathria loot since Mythic+ loot is farmable.
Gear From Spamming Mythic+
So other than the first raid, what exactly will the point of End-of-Dungeon loot be? With no Titanforging and it dropping a lower item level than Heroic raid, this gear will be replaced relatively quickly.
The only thing that spamming Mythic+ will do to get you more gear is to get more options in your
Weekly Great Vault
when you complete 1, 4 and 10 Weekly Dungeons.
