The New Volcanic and Bursting Affixes on the Shadowlands Beta

With Mythic+ being released on the Shadowlands Beta, we've gotten our first look at the new Volcanic and Bursting affixes coming in Shadowlands. Volcanic now knocks you high into the air if you get hit by it!
Volcanic
Volcanic is getting changed in Shadowlands to no longer scale with your max health but also add a knock up effect. This damage will likely also scale with key level.
Piuma Vulcanica
Deals Fire damage equal to 40% targets' health to enemies within a 2 yard radius.Inflicts 5859 Fire damage to players within 2 yds and knocks them high into the air.

From testing this on the Shadowlands Beta, the damage of Volcanic
does not currently scale with key level
and does
5,859 unmitigated Fire Damage
. However, in
PandaTV's interview with Ion Hazzikostas
, Ion mentioned that Volcanic should scale with key level. It probably has something to do with the fact that its source is Environment.
New Effect - Knockback
I
previously guessed
that knock back would be similar to Lady Ashvane's
Impennata
and can now confirm this value. Getting hit by a Volcanic sends you high in the air and it's high enough to cause fall damage.

Volcanic Scaling
If Volcanic were to scale in the future, here's about how much damage it would do. For Mythic+ keys, we're currently scaled to 36,230 health on the Shadowlands Beta.

Bursting
Bursting is changed in Shadowlands and no longer scale with your max health but the debuff has changed to be a magic debuff. The Bursting damage now scales with key level.

Upon death the creature Bursts, inflicting damage equal to (35 / 10)% of maximum health869 Shadow damage every 1 sec. This effect stacks.

Now a magic debuff.
Bursting Scaling
Here's a table showing how much damage Bursting will deal per tick on 1 stack. The bursting debuff lasts for 4 seconds. For Mythic+ keys, we're currently scaled to 36,230 health on the Shadowlands Beta.
