Warcraft Arclight Rumble is a mobile action-strategy game, with no plans for PC at the moment according to streamer Towelliee. When talking about his experiences with Warcraft Arclight Rumble,

discussed the game with Blizzard and one of the topics was if the game was available on PC.
He quoted Blizzard before going on to say, "no plans for PC".
... It is exclusively Android and IOS. It was designed from the ground up intentionally for mobile. I wouldn't rule out anything for future platforms but our team is focused on making a mobile-first experience and we still continue to that because we still have a lot of work to do still.
Towelliee continued to discuss the mobile focus on his stream, commenting on bluestacks and the issues of being restricted to a mobile device.
