We'd like to thank you all for using Wowhead in 2017. With near-continuous content updates on Blizzard's end, we’ve been busy making sure we’re providing comprehensive info about Azeroth!
We’ve made significant improvements to our news coverage by launching a revamped front page, featuring a blue tracker, recent news listing, and even more information tracked in Today in Broken Isles. Most recently we’ve launched Korean Wowhead, an updated Pathfinder Tracker for Flying, and a Legion Attunement Tracker for alts. There have also been a ton of other new features and collaborations through friends of the site including Warcraft Logs Top Builds data in the Talent Calculator, class guide lookups in Jeeves Bot, and Raider.IO spec data in the Mythic Keystone Guides.
User-submitted content is the heart of Wowhead, and we’ve fostered a community of knowledge sharing by expanding our content team in 2017. With our new front page, we now showcase news on a greater variety of topics including PTR, lore, cooking, art, Esports, and economy! We’ve recruited guide writers across the community, from Discords to streamers, to expand the breadth of our guide topics including more-detailed class topics, high level Mythic Keystones, raid guides to all difficulties, and a slew of articles for new and returning players.
With Battle for Azeroth recently announced at BlizzCon 2017, we’re excited for the next chapter of Wowhead’s history in 2017. For those that have stayed with us through it all over a decade, we thank you; for those that are just coming back, we're glad you've returned; and for those of you who've never used Wowhead before, we hope you'll make our site your home in Azeroth.
