This has been sighted in many zones, but is native to instances and raids.

(This can hold together a group by allowing everyone to repair quickly, not not spend time traveling to a repair npc.)

This NPC appears to work for all players when dropped, regardless of whether the player is in your group, raid, or even the same faction.

It's turning out to be quite a crowd pleaser in the shattered sun offensive before stage 3 unlocks the repair npc.

360 eng creation that someone probably used to repair raid team, only 325 eng needed to operate. the recipe make 5 repair bots. the pat drops in a flyer-needed zone off the analyzer in blades edge mountain in the very left part of the map

If you do dailys in ogrila you should have this. The mobs around the huge shard you have to shake ( don't know q name ). They dropped for 3 of my chars ( I know 3 engineers is stupid but extra aoe, trinkets, and head ). farm it and it has nice rate.

Seems like hes nerfed only has 1 scroll of agility, strength and mana potion for me.
