These are spread out all over the bone wastes. They're small piles of bones that glow purplish-blue. Save some time and do this quest while doing one of the other quests that takes you into this area.

Get to bottom of the arena and head dead west. It's near the entrance to the 2nd instance.

So, when you go to turn this in you actually need to go underground. At 35,50 I was standing at the entrance. It's a bit south of the H in "The Bone Wastes"

Go down in there and turn it in. Yes it is west of Auchindoun like the quest describes, the problem is it's below. Heh. After running around above ground for a bit confused about why I was seeing a yellow dot but no guy, realized that. :P

This quest is not available until you complete "The Tomb of Lights" from High Priest Orglum. Thats a really weird prereq, probably not intended, but you must complete it first.

hmmm, the guy doesn't even have a white exclamation for me ... should be able to get it regardless though at 64, right?

This quest became avalable after turing in The Tomb of Lights as mentioned above, on my 65 hunter with nutral lower city faction. It would not be considerd a quest line becuase it is from a different NPC than The Tomb of Lights quest

Found many near 28,57. There are many around that spot.

The bones are just glowing white piles of bones that you find all throughout the Bone Wastes. Once you have collected the requisite number go to coords (35,58), that is the entrance to where you will find the turnin. Once you go in that entrance turn to your right and go down and out of the entry way. When you come to a big open area turn to your right again and there will be an opening with NPCs. You can find the turnin there. The turn-in actual coords are (35,66)

My favorite method of finding bones was simply running in circles while mounted. As long as no one else is farming them, you can just run around in small circles that slowly expand, and you'll find 10 in a matter of 10-15 minutes max.

As others have said, you must then head towards the entrance of Auchenai Crypts, the western building of Auchindoun.

I found almost all the bones around the shadow tomb.
31, 53. The respawn rate is decent. There are are 4 bones that respawn there and make a square.

You will find him just inside before you go into the Cripts. He is on the pile of bones. Just go to the Cripts.

The bones spawn in a diamond shaped grid around Auchindoun.

You turn the quest in by going west once inside Auchindoun, the entrance to Crypts resides inside an archway the is flanked by purple fire.

To turn in the quest:

1. Enter the Ring of Observance (The middle segment of Auchindoun.) There are a number of entrances leading down.

2. Head for the entrance around 37.65.

3. Go west into the big room there.

4. You will find Ramdor the Mad on top of a large pile of bones. (35.66)

Sorry People but the various directions given in this thread just utterly confused me.

To save others the confusion.

1. Get yourself inside the ring of observance (The middle segment of Auchindoun.) There are a number of entrances leading down.

2. Head for the location 37.65.

3. Go west into the big room there.

4. You'll find the hand in guy. (HIS actual location is 35.66 on top of a big pile of bones)

The bones themselves are located in piles all over zone. Found 8 piles around the caravan without it ever gettin out of sight. Then grabbed other 2 en route to turn-in.

I read all the posts about this quest and there were 10 different answers so I decided to figure it out for myself. YOU CANNOT PICK UP THIS QUEST TILL YOU ARE LEVEL 64 AND YOU TURN IN THE QUEST CALLED TOMB OF LIGHTS. There are no other prereq's.

i found 0 bones in the Ring of Observance, go around in the bone wastes and ull find em scattered.. theyre the little shiny white things on the ground

theyre around the bone wastes... shiny, shiny little white stuffs on the floor.. just pick them up and hand in to ramdor- hes near the instance entrance, on a huge pile of bones.

Recover the Bones

Collect 10 Restless Bones. Deliver them to Ramdor the Mad, just off the western side of the Ring of Observance in Auchindoun, which is in the middle of the Bone Wastes of Terokkar Forest.

Descrizione

The bones of the dead draenei litter the Bone Wastes from the explosion of Auchindoun. Their spirits are restless, and cannot move on to the next life.

<class>, you must help me to recover their bones and take them to their final resting place! Only then will they be at peace; only then will they know comfort.

Gather up the restless bones with care and deliver them to Ramdor the Mad at Auchindoun in the center of the Bone Wastes. Despite his name, he will know how to care for them.
