Mummaki is located on the top floor of the largest structure, just east of the Ango'rosh Grounds.

Mummaki has 2 guards, each with only a few thousand HP. I believe this quest is recommended to be done with a group of 2, but if you can output any amount of burst damage, it's very easy to do solo.

Easily soloed by 63 Rogue.

Sap one, take out the Chief and his other guard. When the Chief disappears, get your hits in on his unsapped bodyguard, and then when the Chief comes back, pound him and repeat.

Evasion would be good.. I didnt have my vanish, but you could take them that way too. Sap one, take the other one out, vanish, sap again if needed, take out another, and then have at it.

I recommend taking out the 2 guards next to him, then going for Mummaki. I died once as a Paladin, but got him the second time.

Daggerfen Poison Manual for the quest "Secrets of the Daggerfen" (https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/quest=9848) lies on the same floor that Mummaki resides, so make sure to pick that up.

Incredibly easy to solo as a 62 pally. The adds (Servants) have low hps and low dps. just ignore the chief while you kill them, then kill the chief. I lost less than half health doing this.

You have to loot his totem, that's the quest objective, not only kill him.

The cords are right. But it is a very easy quest. I did it at lvl 62 shadow priest So simple and at lvl 62 rogue also, so dont need to grp for this one

Completed as a 63 BM Hunter solo.

Sent my cat in; Bestial Wrath + Intimidation, plus Rapid Fire for me made quick work of the Chief.

The servants he has were level 62 if I remember correctly, however they aren't as powerful or as durable as a regular level 62 character.

solo'd on a level 63 arcane fire mage, it was pritty hard...i pulled the other two mobs at the top of the tower so in total i had 5 mobs on me...but they have little hp so were easily killed, the 'boss' himself is easy :)

i casted first soulfire and then dots and when the chief go to stealth he get dmg your dots and died and then killed 2 guards for easy

The quest shouldnt even be marked as a 2 man quest.. Soloed as a 64 druid.. didnt lose any hp at all.. my leader of the pack healed me when i made crits.. so when the last add died i had 100% hp !

I did this quest as a 64 Paladin and it was very easy. I am sure I could have done it at 62. I do not know why this was recommended two players.

I found this to certainly not need a group, although the fight "could" be thought tough on paper, in practice most classes, if not all will be fine.

As you reach the top of the tower be ready to fight, if you are unlucky you may aggro one of two mobs opposite the boss that are easily killed seperate.

Engage the boss, he goes invisible and untargetable a few times during the fight, It happened 3 times during my experiance, higher DPS classes may only get it once.
After the first "vanish" as soon as he comes back both guards will bandage him for 450 a tick, this can be interrupted by hitting the mob, after the first vanish I simply killed the guards and finished off the boss for a loss of around 47% of my HP as a Pally at 63.

Not as hard as the "64 group" tag this quest holds.

I agree. I have no idea why this is a group quest. Easily soloed as a 63 Shadow Priest. One mob at bottom of stairs. Go up stairs just to top, took out two easy mobs on side. Then I turned my attention to the boss and his two minions. Shielded DOT boss with VT and SW:P. As they charged DOT the minions, then mind blast/flay each minion so the boss doesn't get healed. Then finished off the Chief, all before my shield broke and I took NO damage. Very, very easy. As has already been said, don't forget to loot the chief for his totem and get the poison book which was in the corner exactly opposite the Chief. Some of the easiest XP you will ever get on a "group" quest!

Found him at the posted coordinates.

Had two easy to kill servants with him. Killed them quickly as a 63 hybrid paladin (32/11/11). He didnt last much longer.

He disappeared and came back healed once.

Easy solo as a 63 Elemental Shaman even with terrible gear (300 spell damage). No idea why this is marked as Group.

VERY easy solo for a 63 rogue, as stated. Build was mutilate. Sapped a servent, burst the chief to death, he dies extremely fast, take out the other servent, again, fast kill, then do away with the sapped one. Walked out after only taking 10% damage.

Easily Soloed as a lvl 61 Feral Druid. =) no need for a group.

First Attack him get some points on him, then when he vanishes, pop into bear form, and kill the guards next to him, after then when he comes back, it's your choice he doesn't hit that hard, so cat or bear form is your choice.

Soloed as a 62 rogue.

Sapped one add, blinded the other, and pulled the Chief back. Once the Blind wore off, I popped Evasion and Blade Flurry and it was easy pickings from there.

Easy solo - take out two servants not at his side. Then Charge, Bloodrage (if necessary), sweeping strikes, Retaliation...jump to berserker stance and hack away.

I just did this as a 63 Arcane Fire mage, and it was suprisingly easy for a "group" quest. If you're careful, you don't even have to agro his two servants on the other side of the room.

I went to the top of the stairs, sheeped him (just to get the first real strike) and used Arcane Explosion to kill the two servants next to him. He vanished, but I spammed AE until he was dead. No potions needed.

But make sure to pick up the quests "Daggerfen Deviance" and "Secrets of the Daggerfen." The whole set only took me about twenty minutes, including being ganked once. A nice, easy 30,000+ xp from turn ins alone, not to mention killing roughly 20 mobs at 1,000 a piece (rested xp, yay.)

Be careful, though. Every once in a while I got in trouble with being paralyzed by poison. I honestly couldn't say if it were the area, the mobs or the rogue that had ganked me while I was doing the quests.

Got quest and solo'd as a 61 rogue. Sapped the one guard, but ended up taking him out when the chieftain vanished. Wasn't hard at all. I received 10750 exp. not 8600 like it shows, possibly due to level. 500 rep which still has me unfriendly. The rest of the quests must show up at level 62.

And I was just wanting to buy the recipes off the cook.

Easily soloed as a 62 Lock. Dot the helpers and howl of terror them away. Then focus fire. /ezmode.....

He's at the top of the tower opposite of the book.

One of the easiest quests ever...
Soloed it in about 10 minutes with my green/blue Lvl64 DPS Warrior...
The hardest thing were the 3 guards outside the tower. Lol.
The servants went down in about 8 seconds and the Chieftain in 10 more.
The weapon I used is a Zangarmarsh Claymore... it's green, people...

Good luck... If I could go there with my 31 Lock, I would try it... *lol*

Ok, this is a level 64 (group) quest, which two players are suggested. Now, I'm just trying to figure out what the other player is supposed to do. Soloed this as a lvl 62 CS Rogue easily. Situation? two lvl 62 Servants, and Chieftain Mummaki, a lvl 64. The Servants drop insanely fast, and other than the neat little vanishing trick Mummaki pulls at about half health, he drops pretty quickly as well.

As to my gear? Other than Shadowcraft (Tier 0) bracers and belt,its just a mixture of green and blue quest rewards. So again, what exactly is that 2nd player supposed to be doing in this fight? cheer you on?

There are two solo lvl 62 guards that go down very quickly, so when you come up the stairs, stop and turn to kill these two solo guys. There HP is extremely low. The chief has a guard on either side of him, so as a Mage i just sheeped him, and took the other two quite easily. The book is also up there for the other quest.

My mage is Arcane specc'ed and at lvl 63 this was verrrrry easy to solo.

The Wanted Poster is in Orebor Harborage (41,27) in between Maktu & Ikuti.

Mummaki is found in a cottage @ the top (24,26)

The poison vial is on top of a crate between the two southernmost huts in the group of three around the little lagoon. There is nothing up in the huts at all (except a chance to get killed).

The manual is on the top floor of the very large building at 24,27. See other comments posted for other hints.

This quest is soloable by a hunter and warlock, and should be soloable by any other class provided you kill the minions or distract them.

It is the very big hut in the Daggerfen Village like the other Lost One camps you've come across.

First off kill the surrounding minions leaving the two minions and the chieftain.

Warlocks and Hunters can use their pets to distract the remaining two minions and make the chieftain mad enough for you to dice at chieftain with your pet.
The spawns come back pretty fast so be quick.

It says suggested players two. A druid makes two, and the hunter and warlock pets make two. The chieftain is not elite (aka group).

Wanted: Chieftain Mummaki - leader of the foul and degenerate Lost One tribe of the Daggerfen, for his brutal attacks against the Orebor Harborage.

The chieftain and his band of assassins are responsible for the deaths of numerous Kurenai and draenei and should only be approached by seasoned combatants.

Travelers are advised to avoid the Daggerfen Village area to the west of the Orebor Harborage.

To claim the bounty, present proof of the chietain's demise to Ikuti.
