Im shure he means that you can get Marks of Kil'jaeden from the Cabals in the Bone Wastes at the specified coords.
For me the dropped from all Cabals in the area.

Shadow Tomb can be found around 31,52. Any of the Cabals in the area will drop the insignias.

Im lvl 68 and Friendly wirh Aldor yet i still cant turn these in. Is there something special i need to do first?

To get this quest do the following preqs:

10 Marks of Kil'jaeden hand ins @ Friendly will give you:

250 rep with The Aldor
125 rep with The Sha'tar
-275 rep with The Scryers

To max your rep with these hand ins do the following:

Since the rep increase stops when hitting honored, you want to get as close as you can
to the end of Friendly before doing the last hand in. You will want to push your rep as far as possible into Honored
when handing in the last one.
So when you're starting to get to the end of Friendly, change to the other hand in quest, "Single marks of Kil'jaeden" (its a quest from the same guy, difference is you only hand in 1 Mark of Kil'jaeden instead of 10).
Using them get to 5975/6000 Friendly. Then once again hand in 10 Marks of Kil'jaeden which will bring you to 225/12000 Honored.

Im talking to the Ayden guy buy he will only give me the choice to turn in Marks of Sargeras. Not Kil'Jaeden...anyone know why?

I did not find farming these profitable to my time. Depending on your ability to farm gold, you may simply want to buy them.

On my server, the Marks of Kil'jaeden sell for the same price as Marks of Sargeras.

You should check your individual server, because if this is the case with your server as well, then turn in whatever marks you want.

When checking server prices, be sure to compare Fel Armaments. Remember, 14 Marks of Kil'jaeden/Marks of Sargeras = 1 Fel Armament.

At 31, 52, there is a spot you can go underground. Many of the guys that drop these are in there. Also you can kill the guys for the "Before Darkness Falls" and "A Cleansing Light" quests.

I am having a really hard time finding these guys. Even with the Coords. Are they still in Terrokar or are they in Nagrand? I am on the Vek'Nalish server os if anyone on that server knows how to find them send me a pst.

adyen the lightwarden can be found up the lift in the aldor section of shattrath, after going up the lift he will be straight ahead of you, at the bottom of the stairs, can't miss him... coords 30.5, 34.2

can start turning in at lvl 62 and neutral. will bring you through friendly to honored, then u must do marks of sargeras

i just hit friendly with Aldor, and i still cant turn in the marks, i did the quest that the person you turn in fel armaments to gives you, did i miss somthing else?

Unlocked after completing Allegiance to the Aldor.
Unlocks repeatable versions: Single Mark of Kil'jaeden and More Marks of Kil'jaeden.

Completing quests for the Aldor will cause your Scryers reputation level to decrease.

Diametrically opposed to us are the agents of the Burning Legion - demons bent on the destruction of worlds and the corruption of the innocent.

If you wish to prove yourself to the Aldor, bring me the insignias of low-ranking Legion and their Shadow Council followers. We know of a Shadow Council hideout in the Bone Wastes and there are many Legion outposts in Nagrand and the Blade's Edge Mountains.
