wow. this quest was annoying to figure out. so you have to wait 10 minutes for the spirit hunter debuff to go away and then you can talk to spirit of a'tor and ask him for help. he spawns a little spirit guy and you must go SOUTH of a'tor. if you go down the road (to the east) to get to the coords stated above the spirits eventually disappear.

At this point, the quests diverge into three separate lines (which can be done in any order) for each of Oronok's three sons who will in turn help you obtain the three Fragments of Damnation.

After completing the quest, you will get a message in the mail from Khadgar. If you go to Shattrath, he will tell you to talk to A'Dal, who unlocks the the three Trials. These are prerequisites for attunement to The Eye in Tempest Keep and Mount Hyjal in Caverns of time.

It is very hard to clear out the mobs at Illidari Point: they all seem to patrol around, and are on very short respawn timers. I've tried it 3 times now, and at all times I get ganked by mass respawning demons. You probably need a small group to be able to do this.

Be careful with this quest. While I was heading to the location I got zerged by patrols and all of that (I'm a 70 druid). I was fine until I saw a mob head-looking heading to me (like the one in BF). Anyway, I thought he was just another mob, but for some reason it was taking a while to take him down (keep in mind that I had 2 adds plus this guy on me) and then I realized it was the guy for the quest.

The most annoying quest I have ever experienced. Died the first time due to way too many adds that came way out of left field. Resurrected, got another spirit, came back to the spot and the spirit disappeared as Veneratus despawned, wonderful now I have the 10 minute debuff. No worries though, Pally bubble removed it. Get another spirit, come back and I let myself die because the spirit got another 30 adds... WTF. It went on and on...

The bottom line is: this is horrible quest to do solo, I highly recommend bringing along a friend to save yourself the stress.

Veneratus has a lot more hp than a normal 70, but you only have to get him to like half health. Also, when you approach the ruined tower thing at the end, don't charge up to the mobs there thinking that Veneratus spawns in the center, he spawned on me as I went for a mob there. He doesn't despawn if you die, either, and losing the spirit hunter guy when you die doesn't make a difference.

Easy solo as a 68 hunter--just FD'd and let spirit hunter tank, he only got to 80% before he killed. Adds killed me, but no prob--just ran back and turned it in.

Very easily soloed it as a 68 Pally - ONCE I KNEW WHAT I WAS DOING.

1) Clear the area of EVERYTHING before you talk to him and get your spirit. Watch for pats.
2) Once you get the spirit, do not just ride off. Make your way south, he will follow you. Avoid engagements if you can, his health does NOT regen (but he can be healed/buffed).
3) The boss mob will spawn without warning near the top of a hill. Try to pull it up the hill if you can, I did the whole fight without getting any ads.

Blizzard have done a very accurate job of capturing the essence of "retarded hunter party member" with this pet. He will aggro things from a long way off, will pull adds in during a fight, and may spawn the boss at any moment once you're in teh general area for the quest.

I ended up doing it by spawning the boss, having the hunter aggro three more mobs by backing up into them for range and wipe us. Then I ran back, rezzed, and solo'd the quest mob.

I encountered Veneratus and I aggroed about 5 adds along with him. I had to run to a safe spot and then I feigned. I kept on waiting for a fel reaver to move out of the way but I finally got tired and pulled. I auto shot him for 422 and he died instantly and I was able to loot him.

Quest seems to bug a bit..
It said "mobs hit by hunter spirit won't yield exp/loot" and yet i had the questmob and add tanked by hunter spirit for a short while (me noob hunter got my own tank killed :-( ) .. Still looted both.. :-)

Tips: You can control the mob using pet hotkey, but that is if you don't already have any pet. Ctrl + 1 is attack, and so on.

I died the first time without knowing what's going on, but it's okay if you can clear the area as you go towards 30,57. Make sure there's no stealth or the patrol. I did it with mage, what I did was ice lance to build up winter's chill and let him tank a bit, the all out after the mob gets 75% and kite him using the path you cleared when u get to 30,57.

This quest is easy if you can make sure there's no add. , the mob has over 12k hp I think.

extremly glitchy quest, the spirit doesn't like to attack.

HOWEVER, as a warlock, I was able to fear him and solo him while the spirit just sat and watched me. I pulled a felguard in the process and had to enslave him.

On accepting this quest, you get a spirit hunter who will accompany you to the location where he will summon Veritas the many, the mob you are supposed to kill. This location as the post above say, is south of the quest giver.

The summoning is spontaneous and will happen at any time when you are in or around the named location. This means that you have little control over the number of mobs in the vicinity at the time of the summon making your life very difficult as there are many demons and patrols around here.

I lucked out and got through it as a hunter, with 2 Feign Deaths and a pet res while the spirit hunter was still tanking the boss. Therefore, if you can, make a dash through and clear the area as best as you can, prior to accepting the quest and taking the spirit hunter with you.

Just to summarize the points mentioned above.

Veneratus has a lot of health, as a 69 hunter i DPS'd him for 30 secs and bearly got him to 1/2 health then i aggroed him and a patrol.

I FD'd, my pet died and the spirit hunter easily tanked him for 15-20 secs while i waited for patrols to clear.

I thought i was a goner, however, the spirit hunter was still at over 2/3 health. So jumped up, res pet and started again, and just got him down as i aggroed another patrol, cleared by feigning death again.

This was a fair old fight, more than just a tank and spank. You do have a lot of time to think and manage it due to the large health pools of both the spirit hunter and Veneratus. So take your time, max the DPS and try your best to keep clear of patrols. I think the challenge is more in managing the adds rather than Veneratus. I think this was nicely set up to be a different challenge by blizzard.

Looks like as of 2.1 there is a glitch, if you have a pet already when you get up the hill, he hits it a couple of times and then just stops. My VW was there too and he just stopped so they both sat there while i fought it alone and then when I died he started to fight again. Not sure about this 10 min timer for help? But obviously you cant control him yet you dont lose your pet ..

I tried it by dismissing the pet then asking for another and i still have no control, the guy walks up the mountain he attacks stuff, then he just stops then starts again.. The timer about asking for help I guess means you have no control? maybe i have to wait 10 minutes? pretty annoying at this point he will tank for about 30 secs then just stop and the demon pounds on him until he dies or i get aggro but he wont attack it.

I went on some of the other forums and several people have been complaining that he stops aggro after a few mins or a few seconds. You can engage another mob apparently and he will not attack you and when the spirit dies you can finish it off solo. (or try)

I have a problem with this quest too. When I kill regural mobs the Spirit Hunter helps me or sometimes he attacks a mob passing by... but when the time comes to kill Veneratus the Many sits and looks. He dosen't attack not even one time he dosen't move he sits still :( I run through Veneratus the Many, I let him hit me without attacking him, I start attacking him (all of these are different attempts against him) but the Spirit Hunter only helps to die with someone overseeing my death :(

Since I'm being used to stealthing around as a Rogue, I died 2 times during this quest, due to adds (as so many already said here).

The first time I died I came back and saw that Veneratus was still alive, before I could attack him (lots of adds around) he had despawned. That gave me an idea.

Now for the fun part. When I died the second time I ran back asap. When I came to life I walked to a safe distance and shot him with my bow. He came to me and before I could stab him more than 2 times, he died, leaving me with the loot. Quest completed ;-) I did not have the spirit guide/buff anymore, since I died. But still the quest was done.

I dunno if this is repeatable, but it saved me a lot of trouble.

Well I just did this solo as a 70 MS warrior. For some reason the spirit hunter is bugged and won't attack the boss after he summoned him (he attacked up to the point at which he scatter-shotted, after that it was all me). Basically I just popped death wish and a trinket and potted when I got low and came out with about 10% health left.

Even without the spirit hunter helping this quest is very possible.

I've died twice now, First time I popped Recklessness, trinket, and Death Wish, and pot. With Lionheart Blade that should bring the bastard down. Good Game -.-

I just did this on my 69 rogue and my god this spirit is retardly bugged. As everyone else said, he is still attacking for a few seconds and then stopping. I pull aggro a few seconds after that... and gg. I finally managed to kill him by using all my tricks - evasion, pot, etc. The spirit hunter even got an add but he still wouldn't fight!

If your on a PvP server and doing this quest, make sure you don't get too close to any of the other faction because the hunter will chase them. Happened to me, a tauren ran by on his mount and the hunter took off after him. I had to abondon quest and try agian.

This quest was a pain. I cleared my path up the hill with practically no trouble, which saved my butt in the end. I didn't get any adds, but I figured Veneratus would be just a regular mob.

He ended up having 25000 health and hit me for 400 a swing (clothie). The spirit wouldn't attack for me either, very buggy. However, I did have the spirit hunter's movement speed buff on, so I resorted to kiting Veneratus in a small circle while keeping DOTs on him. That way, he didn't hit me once and while it took a little, I didn't have any trouble bringing him down.

I don't see why Bliz doesn't give these kinds of buddies a pet bar. It would be less ridiculous monkeying around with a buggy companion.

Neat little trick- Wait to get quest until there is a free path toward where the mob spawns. I got the quest on my flying mount. The spirit will follow underneath you.. even over the steepest cliffs. I just stayed in flight and wound a path that he did not get aggro to 28.8,57.9 and fought him there with no adds. You can find places to hover until the patrols path by.

I'll agree with what most people have said already - that is to say, that the Spirit Hunter is about as useful as the average Public Servant (Which is not at all, and more trouble than anything) But I managed to beat this one on a fluke. I died from adds brought on by the Hunter, and ran back to find it possible to pull Veneratus without any adds. The fight was going pretty badly for me soloing, but suddenly, I assume it hit the despawn time while I was in combat - because he just died. Luckily, I was able to loot him and finish the quest. I'm completely mystified by what happened, but it was VERY cool. And I'm much enjoying the gold from the quest reward. Flying mount training, here I come!

Third time was the charm for me... His Scatter Shot does seem to be the main problem, so what I did was fight other mobs until he scattered one of them, then we went for the boss. As he was on cooldown, he waded in and did some good DPS before he scattered, and this time he kept going after it wore off! Yay!

This quest is indeed still very buggy. I don't really know what the 'malaise' is supposed to mean... he seemed to randomly join in fights and then randomly despawned a few times, malaised or not. The quest mob had a TON of hit points, and the spirit just pretty much watched me, then poofed midbattle. I died, came back and the quest mob was still there. Two hits and it was dead despite the fact that my spirit hunter was no longer present. The quest mob just barely had any health! Dunno why, but something for everyone to know.

Moral? If you die (likely) and come back to res and see the quest mob there, attack and pull it to safety then kill it easily. Don't bother going back to get another spirit hunter if you can still see the quest mob. You don't need to, and it certainly beats having to fight your way through all the respawned mobs again!

Anyone know what the deal is with not being able loot a mob that the hunter has damaged/killed? It seems random...plenty of times I killed a mob with him helping and have looted it, and other times I've killed one and not been able to loot.

After a lot of trial and error (and dying), I realized this was actually really easy, provided you have your flying mount. After getting your spirit hunter,

- Mount up and fly straight to the top of the small 'hill' slightly north of where Veneratus spawns. Ignore adds, they will not chase you far.
- Clear it of any mobs (should only be one or two).
- 'Summon' Veneratus (fly forward a bit, between the first two stationary shocktroopers).
- Pull him back using the spirit hunter, and fight him safely on top of the hill without any fear of adds. :)

Easy! I did this on a 70 rogue--one 5pt Kidney Shot, one Blind and bandage, finished the fight with at least 1/4 health left.

Yes you can get more than one spirit to fight with you. Using your two bubbles you can have three, but this will cause Veneratus to spawn more than once. I had three spirits, and fought two of Veneratus.

It took me a few tries, but I figured out what may be the easiest way to do it if you're a cloth class like I am (frost mage):

1) Before getting the hunter spirit, clear out any mobs to the immediate south of the quest giver (in the ruins itself).

2) Once you have the spirit, proceed south toward the shrine at the far south of Illidari Point, and clear out any and all mobs along the way, using bandages on the spirit to keep his health topped off (not that he will lose more than a few percentage points, anyway, since he normally attacks at range with his bow) since he does not regenerate health on his own.

3) As you get close, draw an imaginary line from the small hill directly in front of the shrine to the mountain and running though the stone spire between them; this is your "point-of-no-return" line. If there are any mobs just over this line, pull them back to your side and kill them.

4) Once the mobs are cleared, cross the line to initiate the fight with Veneratus. He will appear a few seconds after you step over the line, right on top of you.

5) AVOID THE TEMPTATION TO START FIRING ON HIM! While he is not listed as an elite, he has all the health and attack power of one. Instead, run back towards the area you just cleared and let the hunter establish aggro; Veneratus will then turn his attention towards him.

6) Once the hunter has aggro, begin your DPS SLOWLY so as to not pull aggro off him. The hunter is as tough as Veneratus and could probably beat him on his own since I noticed they were reducing each other's health at about the same rate, but be sure to keep the hunter's health above Veneratus'. If you have an elemental or minion, summon it and let it attack at will after Veneratus' health is down around 90%; that way, if aggro gets broken, it will be your elemental gettng attacked and not you.

7) As Veneratus' health gets low (around 20%), put on your shields and go to full throttle on the DPS to finish him before any mobs have a chance to respawn. The hunter should still have solid aggro, so the chances of you breaking it are really low.

Not an easy fight regardless, but the catchword for this one is PATIENCE.

As of 3/25/08, this quest is bugged due to a problem with patch 2.4. The shadow hunter will yell something about Veneratus, the mob that is supposed to spawn and drop the second fragment, but in fact Veneratus the Many never spawns and the shadow hunter simply stands there with a dumb look on his face.

Spoke with a GM, it's a known issue and being investigated.

This is relatively easy if you know how to do it, with my prot specced warrior, before you start clear out the two mobs on the side going twords your goal, and then pull and take care of the pat consisting of the painlasher and deathbringer I believe, then start, get some increased stealth detection if possible so you can prepare to fight the stealthed demons, if you stick trowds the hills you can get him without all the adds.

Warlocks, DISMISS YOUR PETS to get the spirit. I kept reading comments here, and seeing no spirit. Was confused until I thought of dismissing my pet.

Use comment givers advice and clear mobs directly south, right passed the hill, before starting.

I didn't and got swarmed by 4 mobs where Veneratus spawned. Died and came back to see Veneratus still there. Pulled him and killed him.

I must admit he was tough, and make sure to fight him with no adds if you are doing this solo.

Quite annoying quest indeed... I did this on the second try today with my lev 70 fire mage. I let the Spirit Hunter hit him alone for a minute or two which took down Veneratus to about 70%, then I went full out with trinkets, combustion and so on.

You can accept the quest, mount on your flying mount, fly to where the mob is and demount and the spirit will be right next to you and you won't have to fight all the pats. Worked as of June 8, 2008.

Just exactly Southeast of the questgiver's body is a small stone arch with one of those glowing arcane circles on the ground. right behind that is a tiny mound with a purple and green flag on it. You can use this mound as your home base through the various additions of this quest chain.

There is only one mob that paths close to here, one of the stealthing shadowstalkers. Find him, kill him, and do not loot him. If you neglect to loot him, he will take much longer to respawn. Now you have a nice safe hideout in clear view of the quest giver that you can utilize to anticipate paths, pull mob groups, eat/drink etc.

Attempted this quest 5 times afore I got it right but it was a close call.

I am a fire specced mage and this floating head thingie is rather fast, used the lowest frostbolt to keep him away, but it was still a close call.

The hunter spirit cannot hold aggro worth 5 coppers and do not do overly much damage and acts weird, first he fights, then starts running away to shoot with his bow, as soon as he starts running, the big floating heads, goes to the next, meaning you and starts pummeling away.

Then we have the annoying satyr adds which has been the cause of my downfall 3 times, so here is what i did, I cleared all mobs on the right side, these satyrs are moving around so it is imperative that you move foward slowly, when you get top the corner on the right side, rest up, med or whatever, I had 4 min left on the spirit when I was here, took down the 2 last shocktroopers that was in range and just moved forward some clicks, then head popped up and I let him hit me once in order for the spirit to act as otherwise he just stands there like an imbecill.

At 60% mana, the spirit mysteriously vanished, still had 2 min left on it and it wasnt dead as far as I could see, anyway the head went after me so I sent a frostbolt and then blinked away in order to be able to cast a few pew pew, I dont know if the head has some displacement aura or something, but I have only managed to freeze him 1 time, and this wasn't one of those times, I used all the instants I had, but since I had mana shield up and running, I had to conserve the mana, mana shield drops, and I am at 30% hp and have mana for 1 spell more when suddenly spirit guy pops up and starts hacking away, giving me enough time to cast evocation and then it was end of story for Mr Head.

This quest bugged out on me. I dragged the hunter pet to the location and got too close and Veneratus popped up while the hunter pet was at 24% health, me with 50% mana and health (Shadowpriest) but I still managed to solo him through use of my shadowfiend and a mana pot but the hunter pet died or despawned when the 10 mins ran out, not sure which. I still got to loot my second fragment and returned to the spirit who gave me the quest but the spirit wasn't there any more, no way to respawn him that I could find. I was in the process of filling out a help ticket when an alliance hunter showed up, turned in the key from the previous quest and spawned him and I could then turn the quest in. After u get the spirit with u, get on your flying mount and fly to the coord given. The mob will spawn and pull to a place where its clear and you'll shrug off extra adds and just jump down from mount and whoop its ass

Spirit hunter isnt bugged, he is just like many other hunters. If his target is in the "mid" range he just doesnt know what to do. Get into an area where he can shoot and not be bothered and you will do just fine

Did this as a 70 prot warrior w/o a problem.

I fought him at 31,56 but first cleared the area from 31,56 to the quest giver, then accepted the quest. I was then able to run to 31.56 or thereabouts at which point Veneratus spawned. Only one Illidari Shadowstalker added into the fight because the spirit hunter went ranged. I quickly helped kill him and went then went back to Veneratus. As long as I fought him with my back to the wall at 31.56 the spirit hunter stayed ranged and we downed him rather quickly.

Soloed as a 70 Affl. Lock

Easy, took on the mob and 4 adds - never went below 80% hp.

Banish and fear kiting ftw.

OMG this was easy. i solo'd this on my 70 demon lock. got quest WHILE mounted, flew to the mountain on teh west side. avoiding adds. no worries. Mr Big Head spawned, (flash of red light) so i landed and started to dot him up. spirit hit hima couple times, but i managed to do it myself. no problems at all

I was clearing the area went back got the spirit hunter and he the guy buy I pulled an invis and died. I got back and he was still there buffed and drank up and took him on got him to like 65% when I'm guessing he despawned and died and I got too loot the corpse. Dunno what happened but i looted and turned in

the ghost does pull aggro, kill your way to the south don't try to fly. the dude just appears not far from Ar'tor's body.

A small piece of advice- Dismout yo' ass before accepting. The Spirit Hunter WILL NOT SPAWN PROPERLY if you are mounted when you accept.

Sorry, just wanted to say something about people claiming the mob hitting hard... He was hitting my warlock with under 1k armor for 500 damage... I wouldn't classify that as "hard". He does, admittedly, have alot of health.

Veneratus is supposed to be at 30,56 but artok gives you this stupid debuff that lasts for 10 minutes so you have to wonder around looking for Veneratus til the spell wars off

Ahhh, I feel a bit silly :P I picked up this quest a couple of days ago, and only came back to it today. Spent so long wondering why Veneratus the Many wouldn't spawn before realising that of course the Spirit Hunter buff only lasts a short while. Went back to the Spirit of Ar'tor @ 29,50 and picked up another 10 min buff :o)

Back up the slight hill to 30,57 and the huge head popped straight up - thank you for all the advice here :o)

I found it a lot easier to hug the WESTERN wall. kill any moves to get there and progress up the hill hugging the wall. Once he spawns, Pretty much let the spirit tank the guy. He does a good job tanking, I ended up popping recklessness and it still didn't pull him off the spirit.

You will have to walk South with the spirit so you dont lose him. At around 29,57 he calls him out. I must stress that you CLEAR the area of you will get mega ganked.

As a frost mage, when the quest mob appeared I went into ice block, which imediately switched aggro to the spirit hunter. I then took out any additional patrolling mobs that would interfere, shooting the odd icebolt at the quest mob. When it got to about 30% I then finished it off myself.

when you get the spirit, make him just follow you on the mountain at 32,58 and you will lose aggro, heal up and target veneratus and boom, he becomes a piece of cake!

This is not hard, but you have to have the hunter with you, (so flying there is a no go) go to the south side of the tall mountain at 30,57, and this floating ball with tenicles and teeth shows up. It hits hard, and the hunter stands there and gets beat on, he might hit it with his axe a few times, but don't expect much help from him. As a hunter I dragged him to an area I cleared near the mountain, and healed my pet and shot the monster. Took me 3 times to kill it, but I did. Make sure you clear the area before trying this, the adds are killer.

Solo'd this as a 70 warrior, however I flew to the area the first time and then suddenly the hunter aggro'd him and everything in the area so I flew out of combat. The hunter had despawned at this point so I figured I'd just solo it, After popping last stand and retaliation he killed me with literally 3% health left. The next attempt, I stuck to the ground with the hunter and we cleared the surrounding demons. We go to aggro venetarus, once he was at about 75% health the hunter decided to go ranged.. but he didn't run away from the mob so for the rest of the fight he literally just stood there. I even tried pulling the mob away from so that maybe he'd start shooting.

So, Warning: The spirit hunter is both annoying and fairly useless in the fight as he bugs out too easily.

mine seemed to have died from flying too low, and he was on the ground when I was flying.

He's not too bad for a resto shammy not using the spirit hunter (whatever that does). I did have one shadowstalker add as I was retreating to avoid the 2 level 68 adds. I took care of the shadowstalker in the middle of the main fight (as that would have taken longer). The main guy seemed to die at 50% hit points. I'm not complaining. Took forever to get him down to 50%. I had just laid a mana tide totem, though I still had almost 1/4 mana. I also used a super heal pot so as not to use more mana for healing.

Probably easier to clear the way first then just flying down like I did and hope for no adds :)

Whenever I try to do this quest, my spirit hunter doesn't even bother attacking the guy until I had about 6 people on me and I was at about 20% health -.- Thanks Blizz!

i found that one to be damn irritating. my spirit guy sucked, and that veneratus was hard. my evasion barely helped, if not for adrenaline rush i wouldnt be able to do it myself. i had to use kidney punch to use heavy netherweave.

might be harder as a 68 rogue. didnt use poison or any atk power buff. left with approx 800/8100 hp

This quest basically made me want to curb stomp babies. Guy follows me up there. All of sudden this giant flaoting head pops out of nowhere, while we are in the midst of 3 shock troopers. Non elite? My ass, this guy hits like a truck and has twice as many hit points as a regular mob. This whole quest chain has made me want to cancel my account, and the end reward seems hardly worth the effort.

Very easy quest.. yeah he has a ton of health, but that spirit hunters hits very nicely and having my pet tank while i heal it is just like a party of 3. :3

Used a mana pot just so i could keep restoring my pets health ^-^;

EDIT: Lost my Cypher when i died doing another quest x.X

Not an easy quest. if youre below 70 then you should clear out the area before taking the spirit hunter with you. dont be an idiot and stealth to the quest like I did..

did it at 69 frost mage with 4 aggroing however the spirit tanked some of the aggro except 2.. its all about kite

Expect to clear a lot... Every time he scattershots, he'll run somewhere and aggro a buttload extra..

He actually despawned before I recovered from him aggroing the zone...

Treat him like you would any other crap pet: do FLY if you can, just stay reasonably close to the ground.

The mob you need to kill has as many hitpoints as an elite would have.

As a Arcane/Fire mage(any mage, tbh) this isn't as hard as it looks, I was cometemy supprised when he attacked me(70% health 60% mana) I DPS him as much as possible got him till... 39% and I was at 5% I runned and used invisibility, ran back and hunter started to attack him, I let him do for a few secs, so he could get aggro(like duh :P) then DPS'ed again, and got away with it with 10% health orso

PS: all % are what i could remember, so not fully accurate

For a proper frost mage this guy is a &*!@#. 27k health, but moves very slowly and can be chilled/frozen. I just walked forward killing mobs and when he appeared froze him and nuked him down. Easy peasy.

I don't know what was up with this quest... when the mob finally spawned, the hunter didn't do any dps, just stood there taking hits. Then I pulled an add and died, went back the spirit was gone but killed the creepy mob thing, he was at about 40% life and died... I don't know how that happened, but I was still able to loot, so it was ok.
And that mob hits hard. My imp priest bubble was gone after about 3 hits.

Voidwalker out, run to hill, pulled the guy up the slope away from aggro - easy nuke for Destruction Lock. Still over 50% HP left and no pot/HS.

Spirit hunter hits hard seriously than my hunters pet. hes real hunter mob and he gave u a spirit apest speed run buff. it was real nice

The Spirit of Ar'tor at Illidari Point in Shadowmoon Valley wants you to recover the Second Fragment of the Cipher of Damnation from Veneratus the Many.

Destroy Veneratus and take from his corpse the second part of the Cipher of Damnation.
