The mobs that spawn from the totems, do not aggro if you are far away enough, nor do they aggro the named if you attack them. If you wait about 20-30 seconds they despawn.

For Lakann I didn't even have to kill the totem. He aggroed on me with all 3 totems up and was a quick easy kill, which is good considering the patrolling water elementals.

The earth guy was particularly hard, I got jumped by him, three fire elementals and one of the walking dogs before it was all over. Had to pull out alot of tricks on that one, and by the time the dust settled he'd already respawned...

Lakann and Ulayru both aggro'd me without killing the totems, not sure if they are currently bugged or if it was just for me.

Kill totems first. The totems will spawn 3 adds. You do not have to kill these adds if you are a ranged class as killing a totem does put you in combat. The adds will despawn after a short while and they are not linked, so if you want, you can kill some but not all. After killing the totems, it is possible to pull the named mob without aggro'ing the spawns.

Easy solo as a holy priest. All mobs are fearable. I'd suggest you clear the area of elementals before starting on the totems/mobs though.

Very easy. At each one, i stayed at a distance, shot each totum one at a time, let the spawns die off or kill them. When they're gone, kill named. Of course clear surrounding mobs to prevents adds. They go down very quickly. Some will pull shaman moves on ya. The others go down like a wet paper towel. DId this as lvl 70 Survival Hunter w/pet. co'ords are confirmed.

I would suggest that you clear around each NPC, its too easy to aggro the mobbs around them, though Lakann can be easy to get without clearing, aswell as Haalum.

I sent in my felguard to knock down all the totems. As soon as all totems are down and all the spawns have added, hit the named with a seed of corruption and start dpsing it down. When the seed explodes, it'll take out every spawn. Easy as pie.

This is a quest involved in the Black Temple Attunement Chain:

The Black Temple attunement starts at The Altar of the Sha'tar for Aldors, and the Sanctum of the Sun for Scryers. Both are in Shadowmoon Valley.

After you finish this chain, you get to pick from some rewards and the chain seems like it ends. It continues however, inside Serpentshrine Cavern (https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/zone=3607) from an NPC called Seer Olum (https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/npc=22820) who you can speak with after killing Fathom-Lord Karathress. He starts the next part of the Black Temple Chain by offering the quest:

For this quest you just return to Akama.

In this quest, you must use the costume Akama provides, and kill A'lar in Tempest Keep: The Eye while wearing the Ashtongue Cowl. Attunement for The Eye is a whole different chain.

In this, you need to gain access to The Battle of Mount Hyjal in Caverns of Time, and slay the first boss, Rage Winterchill. Attunement for this involves killing Lady Vashj and Kael'Thas Sunstrider.

For this you must speak with A'dal in Shattrath city.
5. https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/quest=10949 Entry into the Black Temple
For this, just speak with the naaru Xi'ri in front of Black Temple.

Unknown what this quest asks of you, most likely you need to defend Xi'ri and make your way into Black Temple. At the end, you become attuned to enter and are granted The Medallion of Karabor (https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=32649)

At this point, you are attuned and can enter Black Temple, although the chain continues and you can soon upgrade your medallion. It continues with:

After killing the Shade of Akama and returning to Seer Kanai, he asks one last thing of you. Kill Illidan The Betrayer. After doing so, you are granted the Blessed Medallion of Karabor, an upgraded version of your original medallion, and allows teleportation to the Black Temple.

when doing this chian quests there easyier with a flying mount like this quest u can fly in kill them and fly out of course u need to kill the mobs around them, when killing them the tommoms will spawn adds sometimes it dose glitch

The listed coordinates are correct just work form bottom up if you get the quest at the Altar of Sha'tar. When you kill the totems, if you use ranged attack, just give them a minute and the spawned adds from the totems will poof. No need to kill them unless you just want to for some reason..

Just finished this quest, if u pick the quest up from arcanist thelis in sanctum of the stars then u dont have to worry about ur scryer rep going down, u get 250 rep for scryers when u turn it in. There is an aldor version of this quest but this one is definately for scryers.

Also to stay on range and shoot the totems work like Milesja posted. Easy quest.
Just kill the mob at the end, no need to kill the spawns from the totems at all.

I am doing this quest, and it states that it is an Aldor Reputation quest. Thus, you lose Scryer rep upon turning this in. I am unsure if Scryers give this quest, and the result is reversed, however be weary whe you turn it in.

Killing the corrupter will despawn the adds from the totems, so don't worry about them.

Eykenen - _____Earth Corrupter, On an island in southern Fel Pits.
Haalum - ______Air Corrupter, SE of the Altar of Shadows.
Lakaan - ______Water Corrupter, in the waters East of Coilskar Point.
Uylaru - _______Fire Corrupter, On a plateau in northern Fel Pits.

The Ashtongue Corruptors

Obtain the four medallion fragments from Haalum, Eykenen, Lakaan and Uylaru and return to Arcanist Thelis at the Sanctum of the Stars in Shadowmoon Valley.

Performing quests for the Scryers will cause your Aldor reputation level to decrease.

Descrizione

According to Akama's letter, four fragments of the medallion were unearthed and given to the Ashtongue Corruptors. These dreaded Broken were once powerful shaman who now defile the very elements they revered.

Haalum, Corruptor of Air, can be found at Netherwing Pass. Eykenen and Uylaru, Corruptors of Earth and Fire, were last seen at the Fel Pits near the Hand of Gul'dan. Lakaan, Corruptor of Water, is rumored to be near Coilskar Point.

Find them and obtain the medallion fragments.
