Before you go to Thrallmar be sure to stop by the AH or bank and buy these 3 things:

Fel Iron Bar (4)
Arcane Dust (2)
Mote of Fire (4)

You will need it for the 3rd part.

perhaps i'm missing something but this doesn't say where the mold drops, is it random or do you have to do Ramparts to get it?

We did this last step in quest chain the other day for guildie. We had 2 Hunters, Shaman and Druid (all level 70). It took us longer to find one than to kill him. Seems like they were tromping all over you when you were questing in Hellfire, but difficult to find when you want one. Kill the reaver and forge the key.

Show the Primed Key Mold to Rohok <Grand Master Blacksmith> in Thrallmar. (53,38)

Rohok wants you to bring him:

- 2
- 4

Hotter Than Hell
Kill a Fel Reaver and use its fires to forge the key.
- Turn into with dead Fel Reaver.

Any thing like this for alliance? I'm pretty sure there is an alliance quest called hotter than hell but i ahve no idea.

How to do Entry Into the Citadel (Ally) / Entry Into the Citadel (Horde):

defeat Smith Gorlunk and loot Primed Key Mold to begin the quest
go to Honor Hold (Ally) or Thrallmar (Horde) - Hellfire Peninsula
return the quest

/way Shadowmoon Valley 67,4, 36,3 Smith Gorlunk

Questline (Alliance):

Entry Into the Citadel.
Grand Master Dumphry.
Dumphry's Request. Needs: 4x Fel Iron Bar, 4x Mote of Fire & 2x Arcane Dust.
Hotter than Hell. Rewards: Shattered Halls Key.

This freshly cast mold was to be used to create a key of some sort. From the image engraved on its back, it appears to be related to Hellfire Citadel.

Maybe this could prove to interest to Nazgrel, the leader of the Horde's forces in Thrallmar.
