Make sure you do this quest in heroic instances as stated in the objectives

This Quest isn't THAT hard. Just a bit time consuming.
I did a heroic Shadow Labs which was surprisingly easy.

Our group make up:
Prot Pally: Karazhan/ Heroic epics.
2 Fire mages: Crafted/ Heroic/ Karazhan epics.
Holy Priest (me): Crafted/ Heroic/ Karazhan Epics.
Enhancement Shaman: Karazhan / Blue Gear

The key to shadow labs is good CC. only time I ever couldnt solo heal the tank is when we had a nine pull. 6 in the room before the boss + 2 on the side(fear) and 1 assassin. It was ugly.

Goodluck getting attuned for the eye. Make SURE u have CC in this instance otherwise it could be HARD.

With today's annoucement by Blizzard that there will now be no attunement required to enter The Eye, it is no longer necessary to do this quest:

However the quest will remain in game; the same post also implies they may add a reward in the future for those who have fully completed this questline.

Just completed a marathon heroic SL run; the post by Theralas about not getting the Murmur drop if you change group members is incorrect. We had one member disconnect and swapped in two other people just for Murmur, and everyone was able to loot the Essence. It may have something to do with the attunement to The Eye being removed, but as of now you can loot the Essence with group changes.

According to this post from Eyonix you will get a title.

Those who completed the attunement process will have access to the title "Champion of the Naaru".

Yeah that really makes it up for doing Shattered Halls heroic pre nerf...

Wins the prize for most cheap award.

You no longer need attunement pre-quests to get into The Eye.

With the latest patch, Blizzard removed the attunement process and now the quests can be completed just for the sheer satisfaction.

Same goes for the attunement process to get into Serpentshrine Cavern, it's no longer needed.

A'dal in Shattrath City wants you to recover Kalithresh's Trident and Murmur's Essence.

This quest must be completed in Heroic dungeon difficulty.

Descrizione

Four trials you must pass before you are deemed worthy by the naaru.

The trial of strength is divided in two. You must destroy the leader of the Coilfang Steamvaults, Warlord Kalithresh, and bring me his trident. Slay the extra-planar being known as Murmur, in the Shadow Labyrinth of Auchindoun, and bring me his essence.

Do this and you will have passed the trial of strength.
