If you have not yet built up reputation with the spore people they will be red to you. But don’t worry, they won’t attack. I took my level 61 orc hunter to the village for this quest and they didn’t attack him. But they did give him some dirty looks. *smiles*

A general FYI:

I’ve done the level sixty Children’s Week quests with eleven characters, including both alliance and horde. On both factions they are somewhat bugged. If you take your orphan to the right location and nothing happens, move around a bit and keep re-summoning your orphan. I’ve had the quest work anywhere from the first try to about the twenty fifth try. But they have each eventually worked. So don’t give up.

Hch'uu is located at 19,51 ... you can also just land in Sporeggar and when you call your orphan he/she will run to Hch'uu ... easy gold - one week only

Take your orphan, Salandria, to Sporeggar in Zangarmarsh. Make sure to call for her if she is not present when you arrive. Then, speak with Hch'uu.

I had a friend named Hch'uu. She told me that she ended up in the orphanage because she had to run away from an evil fungal giant and got lost.

We had great fun until her people came and took her away last year. I think she said she was going to live at a place called Sporeggar.

I'd like to go to see her and have a look at her mushroom village. The orphan matron told me that it is on the west side of Zangarmarsh, between the Sporewind and Marshlight lakes.

Can we go? Can we go? Please?!
