if you show up and have a grey question mark stick around a few minutes. there seems to be a timer between orphans.

Fly to Garadar in Nagrand and go up north across the lake. Once there at 60,23 you summon your child and the quest completes.

I did this on my lvl 66 hunter no problem.

but with my lvl 61 priest the quest is red and the orphan will not complete the quest to save his life. i dropped the quest and recalled the orphan and he still wont complete quest.

is there a lvl requirement? a prequest or something ?

Take your orphan, Salandria, to the Throne of the Elements in Nagrand. Make sure to call for her if she is not present when you arrive. Then, speak with Elementalist Sharvak.

Have you heard of the Throne of the Elements? It's supposed to be this place in Nagrand where there are these powerful elementals.

One day soon, I'm going to be a powerful mage, or maybe a warlock. I'm gonna have to learn about some of the elemental forces!

Do you think maybe that we could go there?

<Salandria looks at you slyly.>

Ya know, it would be educational to go there. It's supposedly just north of Garadar, on the other side of Skysong Lake.
