I have three 5-man group quests from Mog'dorg the Wizened. I was unable to pick up Ogre Heaven. Do I have to do all three quests to get Ogre Heaven, or just one specific one? Or is there some other problem that I'm overlooking?

After completing "Into the Soul Grinder" you receive this quest. It's important to note that after completing these quests you will be 'neutral' with the Blade's Edge Mountain ogres. You may still attack and kill them with no penalty, but they will not act aggressively towards you.
If for some reason you put off doing the quests in this area, doing them after this point makes them significantly easier.

on a slightly sillier note, once you're neutral with the ogres, if you do certain emotes with them, they will do some in response. I know at least the bladespire ogres outside of Gruul's Lair will /Dance with you and laugh at your /Silly.

According to the GM's my character has already done this quest, but when I go to Ogri'la I cannot start any of the dailies there. The only quest I have there is The Crystals. Am I doing something wrong or what gives?

Can not be completed in TBC classic phase 1. All prerequisites can be however, you are just left with a quest you can't turn in (yet).

Edit: Can now be completed, as of phase2.

If you complete the quests to kill the various Sons of Gruul you recieve this quest afterwards. It is to unlock the Ogri'la dailies. Currently (phase 1) in Burning Crusade Classic, none of the Ogri'la NPCs are present at their camp, however this quest requires you to hand it into one of these NPCs. I've read elsewhere that Ogri'la will be available in the same phase Black Temple and Zul'Aman are released. Blizzard however, have said that Phase 3 will release Black Temple and Phase 4 will release Zul'Aman.

Until phase 3 or 4 this quest is not completable.

Ogre Heaven

Mog'dorg the Wizened has asked you to speak with Chu'a'lor at Ogri'la in the Blade's Edge Mountains.

Descrizione

Now that you have delivered us from bondage, we can begin the process of reunifying the clans. This will take some time; old grudges are difficult to overcome.

But more pressing, you must go to Ogri'la in the heavens above to the west. You must defend it, and us, from those forces above that the gronn used to protect us from: ethereals, demons, and worst of all, the black dragonflight.

When you find ogre heaven, seek out the wisdom of Chu'a'lor on how best to proceed.
