this is a good looking mount, will increase your speed by 280%, you can get it when you turn this quest in: Bow to the Highlord i suggest getting this mount instead of the exremely fast ones( wich give 310% speed increasement but are way harder to get)

you need 300 riding for this, wich will cost you about 5000 gold, so i suggest getting as much rep as you can before getting the training =p

You have to get the Epic (300) Flying mount training before you can even start gaining rep with Netherwing beyond neutral.
