This quest is presumably the replacement for last year's children's week quest in which you took Salandria to see Muru in Silvemoon, seeing as how Muru was carted off to Sunwell Plateau by Kael's troops.

Then look up to the balcony and bring out your orphan if you havn't already, you may have to dismiss and recall it repeatedly (by clicking on the whistle) if she refuses to do her thing.

The "Elite Tauren Chieftains" are a play on the WoW themed band "Level 70 Elite Tauren Chieftain," or "L70ETC" and even did the music at the end credits of Frozen Throne.

Just in case you're ignorant like me, you don't have to look for a Tauren. She actually interacts with the NPCs on the balcony, and if you're not looking up, you'll see a group of 4 NPCs at ground level that represent every Horde race EXCEPT the Tauren.

Take your orphan, Salandria, to see the Elite Tauren Chieftain in Silvermoon City's Walk of Elders. Make sure to call for her if she is not present when you arrive.

Maybe I already asked you this, but when you were my age did you know that you wanted to be a <class> when you grew up?

I'm not sure what I want to be. Maybe a mage or a warlock or a Blood Knight, like I said before? Or maybe... A rock star!! Like Sig Nicious, the blood elf, in the Elite Tauren Chieftain!

I heard that when they aren't touring, they hang out in Silvermoon City! They just sit on a balcony in the Walk of Elders waiting for people to stop by.
