The Coordinates of the Decrepit Ferry itself is 55, 33. Once you reach those coordinates, keep running until you reach the lake. Swim until you reach the Dock and you will then see a boat over there with silver cascet like things in them. Go up the boat and right click and that will pick up a ring and begin another quest. The coordinates to reach the boat are 58,34. You must go to this boat to complete the series of quests. There should also be a guy on on the deck. Kill him.

I Made this at lvl 14 with my UD mage..
Pretty easy, Just sneak past all of the ravenclaw guards. I did only had to kill two ravenclaws to get there. Don't walk out on the bridge just right click on the boat and then the quest has completed.

Leave the sepulcher and hang a left down the main road jump off the right side of the bridge and work your way to the lake. Just before you run into the Murlocs you can climb out of the ravine and skirt your way along the cliffs jump down to the boat and presto:) Getting out, on the other hand is not as easy (watch your aggro because the Ravenclaw Servants can be tough)

From the sepulcher, jump off the right hand side of the bridge into the water as the other poster stated. Swim until you reach murlocs. Just keep swimming to your right and when you come out to the lake, the dock will be on your right side. go toward the dock and you will see the little boat on your right. When your done, swim back the exact way you came and then drown yourself when you reach the bridge (because you wont be able to climb out). Rez on top by your body by the bridge. Make sure you drown yourself close to the cliffs edge. This is just a fast easy way to do this one without disturbing a soul.

if you want to find what you need for this quest without being attacked or anything just take a left onto the main road. jump off the bridge to the right and follow the creek until you get to the island. merge right at the island and when you get out in the open of the water swim to the right and the boat will be to the right of the dock . take the same way back and you wont be caught by any guards or anything

This quest was accually quite easy. All you need to do is sneak around the mobs to get to the boat. I only had to fight once.

Any one who is worried about this don't be!

Level 17 Warlock but did not matter.

Down the road from Sepulcher take the left then to the bridge jump off bridge right. Up the river at the split go right. Right again after you come to the main body of water. You'll see the ? off along the side. Get the content without leaving water then head back from where you came. Not one kill, nothing bothered me yet.

Then head back but because of the hill you'll have to go though the farm on the left. Just take the back of the house along the side frame and go over the hill. Killed a 1 level 10. Then on the road you go. Easiest quest I have done yet! Good Luck :)

This is quest #2 out of 6. The Ring of Scorn lies at the end of this chain.
Pick Up: High Executor Hadrec (Silverpine Forest - The Sepulcher)
Objective: Travel along the road that leads out of the Sepulcher. Once you reach the main road, head east to Lordamere Lake. The Corpse Laden Boat is on the lake shore by a dock. (Coordinates: 58.5, 34.9)

I missed the part about the boat being on the shore, not tied to the dock.

Travel East right from the town and you'll find a lake, and a small pier down at the water. Off to the side you'll see a boat up on the shore, this is where you have to click on it and open the boat to find the "reason for the Scourge's Occupation".

I just started at the mouth of the river and came through the back way and didn't have to fight anything.

The boat is easy to see to find on the grass on the side of the pier.

(13 Priest 875 EXP and REP with Undercity 150 )

leads you to another delivery quest back to the Sepulcher

Search for the reason the Scourge are there.

<name>, we've discovered a new hive for the Scourge: the Decrepit Ferry. The ferry lies east of the Sepulcher, and is heavily patrolled by rot hides and other undead.

There must be a reason for the Scourge's occupation of the area. Go to the Decrepit Ferry and find out why the Scourge are there.
