You will need the Extra-Dimensional Ghost Revealer to turn this quest in. If you dumped the item earlier, head back to Mux (forget his whole name) in Gadzettown. He is in a tent...speak with him and he will give you another.

Where is Anthion Harmon who you shall deliver the locket to? Cant find him

He is a ghost, who stands outside of Main Strath gate infront of meeting stone. You'll need to use your "Extra-Dimensional Ghost Revealer" to see him. He will give you another quest when you turn in "Proof of Life." It's called Anthion's Strange Request. Hope this helps.

Thins quest leads too Anthion's Parting Words, wich is the end of all the grinding :D I think you get another quest right after that one called saving the best for last wich gives you the rest of the set.
