Don't spend too much time waiting for borgoth or masophet to respawn from where it was last killed. They alternate in locations so make sure to check them both.

"When you first enter Deatholme, stick left.

1) Mirdoran the Fallen is in the center of the Gazebo (first building on your left) 37,34

2) Borgoth the Bloodletter is just South of there in the Slaughter House located at the top of the hill: 32, 89

3) Continue to follow around in a clockwise circle. Masophet the Black is in the center of the Ziggurat in the SE corner. 29,88

4) Finaly, just to the west of the entrence is a crypt. Jurion the Deceiver is in the basement. 32, 73

Make sure you have the quest Captives of Deatholme (https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/quest=9164) before heading in since the objectives' locations overlap.

Solo-d this quest at 19 on my warrior. I was in defensive for alot of it and had to pull the Zigg one at a time. My method takes awhile but more xp.

It is possible, you just gotta be careful about your pulls =D

I suggest taking another person or two with you on the quest. I was leveling 19 while doing it, and I died multiple times because a lot of the mobs are very close together and swarm you.

29, 87 is where i found Masophet. I also found Borgoth twice in two different zigurats. I think they are random spawns. As for the captives i dont know if they are random or stationary.

Someone who has already done the quest should post picks of the lts. I know the cords, but it would help my BE warlock if there was some pics so I know who I might be looking for. Just a thought.

While you are doing this quest you should do:
Captives at Deatholme
There are 3 captives to be rescued in that quest are in the exact same locations as the 4 LTs.

If you have a good group, you should also try:
The Traitor's Destruction
The boss of that quest is in the center building in Deatholme. It's the most difficult part of this area.

Masophet and also a rarespawn named dr. w-something both respawned immediately after i killed them, but in a different ziggaraut. So yeah.

When you enter the main gate take a left and follow the path. This road runs a circuit around the zone. The first building you come to, on your left, will have one of the Lt’s standing in its center. It's a kind of open dome building. As you continue along the path there are more buildings, like 3, against the back wall, two more lieutenants are in these buildings, the second and third one if memory serves. Continue along the path back toward the gate. Before you reach the gate there is a crypt on your left. It looks like there isn’t a door but as you get closer there is a stairwell down. Completed this with a 22 hunter and 22 rogue, no problems.

I found him at the 40,83 loc, and again at 32,89

Masophet the Black, Jurion the Deceiver, Borgoth the Bloodletter, Mirdoran the Fallen. Learn these names well for in the Ghostlands these Scourge leaders are second only to Dar'Khan himself. Slay them and their mindless armies will be thrown into disarray.
