The quest coined as "Mankirk in Outlands", where you find the dead body of an assassin with the name "Fel Orc Corpse".

To find the corpse, go the top road leading out of Thrallmar and follow the path that goes past the Pools of Aggonar. Keep going past the pools and when you reach a wooden-spike barricade go past it and turn to your right around the corner should be the dead orc corpse.

This chain is needed to be completed (up to A Spirit Guide) in order to gain the "Neutral" faction with the Mag'har in order to gain access to their quests in Nagrand.

Ok, as a 60 Tauren Shammy here what I found -
after the whole quest is over u will gain -
65,650 xp
2g 70s
1200 rep with the Mag'har
825 rep with Thrallmar
500 rep with Orgrimmar
one of 4 items -
1) Ceremonial Robes (116 armor +22 stam +23 intel +14 spirit, and +up to 26 dmg and healing by spells)

2) Tribal Hauberk (485 armor +19 agi +28 stam +19 hit rating and +38AP

3) Thunderforge Leggings (756 armor +19 str +19 intel +28 stam +up to 22 dmg and healing by spells)

4) Clefthoof Hide Mask (179 armor +33 stam +23 crit rating +44 AP)

If you want to skip thrallmar's quests in order to complete them only when you'll be honored, you have to do this chain anyway, 'cause you will need mag'har reputation when you'll go to nagrand (starting mag'har reputation is unfriendly, so you wont be able to talk to npcs). To unlock this chain, you have to do this other one till u reach point 9 (first bombing mission):

actually you can reach neutral with the mag'har pretty easily by killing ogres in Nagrand. this quest isn't required.

I have this quest (Complete) now, but I don't know where to turn it in.

The instructions should have been a little better. the assasin is not to the north of the citadel at all.

The body is located at (33,43)

If you don't use Cords, it's to the west of Pools of Aggonar behind the little mountain range north of the road.

You'll only find a ghost in some sort of mini event that has no real meaning.

Search for 'A fel Orc Corpse' Or something like that. That is what you are after.

when you exit thrallmar make a right and follow the path. follow the path passed the pools of aggonar and you should eventually come through a spike barricade wall. after passing through, instantly looking to the right should be a hill, continue the path until you pass the small hill, you should see a dead orc. talk to him. complete the quest. and it leads to "a strange weapon".

I was 59 and he didn't have it then I leveled to 60 and he had. So 60 is the level needed for the Assassin quest

This is a search for a body and not for a live adversary. My add-on shows the coordinates as 33.5/43.5. When you are on the road to the Citadel gate, stop at 32.0/46.6 and go north. You'll find it there.

Go past the Pools of Aggonar, and once you pass through the barakade thing on the road, hug the mountains on the north of the road.. he is not realy behind them, just in a little nook.

The Assassin, In Need of Felblood, Arelion's Journal, and Trueflight Arrows

Get The Assassin quest from Nazgrel in Thrallmar (55,37)
Pick up In Need of Felblood, Arelion's Journal, and Trueflight Arrows in Falcon Watch (26,61)

1 - Head north out of Falcon Watch and then slightly east to find a dead fel orc at the very edge of a mountainous divider.(32,44)The fel orc was the assassin, and you'll get another quest from him called A Strange Weapon that you'll return to Thrallmar with eventually.

2 - On the eastern side of this terrain divider are the Pools of Aggonar, this is where you'll complete Arelion's Journal and In Need of Felblood. Start a killing spree, you'll get Arelion's Journal from one of the slimes. I got it on the third kill.

3 - To complete In Need of Felblood, you kill the terrorfiends wandering around, but if you hug the terrain divider to avoid aggroing slimes you'll be able to focus completely on the terrorfiends that wander along the pools edge. Once you've collected 6 samples of blood, head on out the way you came.

4 - From the entrance of the Pools of Aggonar head south and slightly west to a big patch of carrion birds. Start another killing spree, you'll need to collect 8 feathers off these birds for Trueflight Arrows. (29,54)

When you're finished collecting the feathers for Trueflight Arrows, take a leisurely ride to Falcon Watch, turn in three quests, then go drop off your axe in Thrallmar. 4 in 1 Quests Done!

Note: I also found the dead orc off the road at 33, 44 He is near the mountains before you cross the "fence" in the road toward the stadium.

To complete this quest you need to travel to the road north of Hellfire Citadel and look for an assassin named Krun Spinebreaker.

Leave Thrallmar following the road to the west. Keep moving through the gap in the walls and pass by Pools of Aggonar.
At some point you should see a stockade and a broken war machine by the road. Pass them by and turn to the north.
Move along the hills and you should spot Fel Orc Corpse at the very beggining of your path. Get closer and the body will become quest mark.
