Starts and ends at 35,31.
The tower is at 47,25.
In the building there are: 2 Sentries atop, 4 Sentries on the stairwell, 3 Sentries on the main floor, 2 Sentries stationary outside, 2 Sentries patrolling outside. All levels ranged 35-36.
The girl you rescue is at the bottom, the crates are at the very top.
You do NOT have to escort the girl, just save her from the place.

this quest now has item rewards, too. A caster dagger (+int and spirit), leather bracers or mail chest piece (pally or starter shaman gear)-+12strength and +7 int.

This quest was pretty hard for me as a 37 Frost Mage. The guards respawned faster than I could clear. Eventually I gave up trying to clear up to the top and ran to the top, died up there, resurrected, polymorphed one of the two guys, chugged a health potion, then went to town on the other. Grabbed the cargo and slowfalled off the tower. It was really a lot harder than it should've been. By the way, there is a third guard that patrols up to the top, so if you're going to use my method wait for him to come to the top and then head back down to resurrect.

Once I talked to the NPC and got that objective ticked off the quest, I just took the deaths as I ran toward the top of the tower (once I found out that that was indeed where the crates were). Died, but was able to resurrect at the top. Went to an edge of the tower farthest from the crates, resurrected, used Frost Nova on the guards, grabbed the goods, and then jumped off. Given the compensation for the quest completion, a 5s34c repair bill was moot.

There are two named NPCs, one outside the tower and one just up the steps on the inside, who respawn insanely fast. The guy standing guard outside would respawn so quickly that I would often pull him as he respawned while I was drinking after killing the two sentries on either side of the door, which I would do immediately after killing him. To complicate things further, Captain Darill, the NPC just up the stairs on the inside, seems to be bugged and would not stop chasing me no matter how far away or long I ran for. So running out, dropping aggro, and trying again can be difficult.

However, I did manage to do it as a 37 mage, without dying and rezzing at the top. It took me a few tries, but it's do-able. Good, quick experience kills while trying I guess, also.

You should be somewhat wary on PvP servers as there's at least one quest Ally players out of Theramore come to this tower for. When you're bogged down fighting 3 Theramore guards the last thing you want to see is an ally show up, probably angry that you killed his quest objective/giver. While I was pulling and killing guards out of sight, I noticed at least 3 allies show up. So, you know, just be aware that there's a good chance they could show up.

Quest wise, this was cake as a 40 enhancement shaman. Lower levels might want to bring a friend to handle the multiple guards, though.

EDIT: If you pull right, you never have to fight more than two guards at a time. There's some guards who patrol, however, so it's not unlikely that you could find yourself fighting 3.

I was able to complete the quest as a 35 Shadow Priest, by pulling as little as possible each time. The outside named NPC Sergeant Lukas (https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/npc=23723#comments), re-spawned and had to be killed 3 times, but is not a hard kill. The guards next to the girl are a bit harder, but all classes at this level should be able to handle multiple pulls, just eat/drink after each if you are not sure. A slow walk up to the top made it so I only had one guard at a time and the other named npc did not re-spawn like the first (who I know gives quests). I then levitated off the top after getting cargo.

The blood elf is in the tower yes....but ally can also kill her so if your there and she's not...ally killed her =/

All the quest advice here is right on. Just a caution to watch for Private Hendel, who is with some sentries at 44,24 not far from Northpoint Tower. Private Hendel is a PvP NPC, and Alliance PvP players often hang around waiting for an unsuspecting Horde player to kill Private Hendel, while killing all the other enemies around. They then jump the new clueless Horde PvPer (you).

Also, the guards here respawn quickly. I went in with a 39 Hunter and had to fight my way all the way to the top and all the way back out again.

Confirmed 46,26 Inside the tower and crates at the top. Nice easy quest (lvl 37 rouge solo'd)... Thanks for the info everyone!

North Point Tower is at 47,25, or just Northeast of Brackenwall Village.
There's 2 guards on the front ramp, 2 more patroling the perimeter.
Ithania is on the ground floor with 4 more guards. Talk to her and she will tell you the Cargo is at the top of the tower, then she will head to Brackenwall, no need to escort. Although there will be a "Prisoner is Escaping!" call that will aggro the guards, but not spawn more that I saw.
Few more guards on the stairs up, then two on the tower top, the cargo looks like a pile of crates, impossible to miss.
I managed to rescue Ithania, climb the tower, grab the cargo and walk out before the guards out front respawned, with my level 38 warrior.

Twilight of the Dawn Runner

Balandar Brightstar in Brackenwall Village wants you to reclaim the Dawn Runner Cargo and rescue his first mate Ithania from forces of Theramore at North Point Tower.

Descrizione

The ogres here are useful for little more than crude jokes, sour ale, and bouts of headbutting. When my ship, the Dawn Runner, ran aground, those curs from Theramore made off with my cargo and last surviving crewman. I made my way here searching for help, but those good-for-nothing ogres stared blankly at me when I told them my story.

I could use the help of a reliable <race> in recovering what remains of my cargo and freeing Ithania from North Point Tower, to the northeast, where they're being held.
