Head down to the grassy area just North of the Ring of Trials and you'll find the best area to get quick kills. The area is also rich with Windroc's -- I suggest pairing the quest with https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/quest=9854.

Really Easy Quest, Time consuming but nice grinding Xp as well as good Xp at the end of the quest. Also nice items at the end of the chain!

Leather working requires a large amount of leather and thus you will find these mobs usually always on farm status. Therefore, the easiest way to do this quest is to not do it at all! Simply "/1 Hello, is there any 70's farming clefthoof for leather?" and if the answer is yes, ask if you can join them! this makes killing 60 mobs take less than 20 minutes! I let the person doing the work keep any crystal's that drop, and i get my quest done, win-win all around!

I like to try and get as many quests done as possible at each area, so I stayed in the area just west over the road from the Burning Blade Ruins (69,71 is the middle of the small area I was doing this) while here I completed:

I hate this quest. Killing 30 mobs is inhuman for not dps classes. You should stack yourself up with some food if you want to finish it a bit quicker. And while doing this watch out for the Dust howler. If you kill him you should pick up the howling wind, wich will start a quest for you.

555 x 30 = 16650

16650 + 11000 = 27650

27650 x 3 (theres 2 others quests similar to this) = 82950

and theres also 2 parts of a chain to each of these quests

those coords are correct, but the respawn time sucks on these things. I killed about 10 and cleared the area waitied 5 minutes before any respawned and by that time 3 other people were there for the quest...

you'll find everything you need for the first clefthoof/roc/talbuc and rock elemental quests just south of windy reed village, so take the Aldor Rise exit to Nagrand and you're right there :)

If you're finding yourself near tears because of the slow spawn rate near the Nessingwary camp, just head a bit towards the West. There are plenty more along the road between Garadar and Nessingwary's camp--on the south side of the road. General area is .

Try grinding 70,46 to 63,41. Forth and back.
By the time you return they have respawned. You can meet Wild Elekk's too. Best route for me. Have fun.

There seem to be sufficient spawns of the Clefthoof, Talbuk, and Windroc mobs in the vicinity of the Nesingwary Safari camp. In addition, there are 3 spawns of the Tortured Earth Elementals for "The Tortured Earth" quest in the hills in the immediate vicinity.

Soloing as a frost spec mage, I just work the clock around the Safari camp. There are 4 or 5 Windrocs across the road, Talbuk to the north and south, and Clefthoof wandering about. None of them are social so I can snatch one of them out of a group, pull toward the campsite, and nuke them down.

I found 3 Tortured Earth Spirits in the hills near the camp. Five rounds of these while clearing for the other quests and you're done.

I had to take out the occasional fire elemental that wandered through, but other than that, as safe as being at the inn.

I managed a couple of decent armor drops (greens) and a few tradeskill drops too. You can sell your junk drops to the gal working on the crashed airplane next to the Safari camp. She can fix your armor too.
