There is a floating island in the very NW corner of the map. As soon as you cross the bridge to the island, turn right and go up the path, not straight into the cave. The path winds around to the left and you'll see 2 guards standing outside of a small cave entrance (loc 19.8). They can be pulled without Gorefist (lvl 64 non-elite), who is standing right inside the cave entrance. Easy solo for a 63 warrior, so anyone should be able to do it :)

62 rogue, did him the first time with Adrenaline and blade flurry. but it was so easy i tried again with no cooldowns and 80% life and got him without getting to 50%. the maulers are more dangerous.

A note on the item if your heavy into +spell damage: If you're wondering whether to choose the cloth wrist or the trinket, take the trinket as there won't be another quest after this that rewards an equip +spell damage trinket (plenty from isntance/raid loots, but do you want to wait that long after reaching 70?), even though there will be ~3 more different types of +spell damage cloth bracers before you leave Nagrand (~lvl67). I made the oversight of choosing the wrists due to the reason I started my mage post-BC and had *very* bad gear, without checking wowhead first =S. Plenty of my post-70 and kara raiding friends still occasionally use this trinket unless they had better

A quick reminder on this.... he is above the cave-- follow the path to the right once you cross the bridge... i made the mistake of going inside the game and fighting a lvl 64 elite....

He's a non Elite lvl 64, and anyone with brains may slain him and his "body-guards" easily.
He's located at 19,8 Ango'rosh Stronghold.
After passing the mushroom bridge, take right.

Did this solo as a level 63 Shaman - not even hard. No elites, no nasty surprises. Just a good, manageable quest. Only problem I had was falling - the area is pretty high off the ground, and if you get too close to the edge, you will fall and die. No big deal, just something to be aware of.

soloed as L64 rogue. Used evasion cooldown is all and still had 86% health. no pots or bandages.

Gorefist is NOT at 18,8. the boss at 18,8 is a 64 ELITE named Mal'Druk the Soulrender. Thanks for the completely useless information people!

The correct coords are 18,8. You pass the bridge which is at the northwest corner of the map of Zangarmarsh and then you turn right follow the path. It leads you over the cave, where you can find overlord inside the only house in the area. I dont know whats the meaning of the cave since if you decide to enter, at the end you ll find a lvl 64 elite and nothing more. Moreover, its very timewasting, cause you have to kill a great amount of mobs, to make your way into the cave. Perhaps misleading tricks of blizz

If you take this quest, also take "Daggerfen Deviance," as the place for that is directly on the route from Orebor Harborage to the Ango'rosh Grounds.

Better Coordinates would be 17,14 as that is the entrance to the place you need to be.

Respawn time of Gorefist is pretty long, around 10min or so.

Ikuti wants you to kill Overlord Gorefist and 10 Ango'rosh Maulers. Return to the Orebor Harborage once you have completed the task.

Descrizione

The centerpiece of any ogre tribe is its leader. Without leadership, the Ango'rosh's organization will disappear and they'll resort to infighting to determine who will lead next.

Although we've seen the ogres out and about in this area, their true strength is concentrated in their Ango'rosh Stronghold to the northwest. It's located in a cave on a small island connected to the marsh by a fallen mushroom.

Go there and defeat Overlord Gorefist. That should provide us with a well-deserved respite.
