You'll want to head to the grassy area just North of the Ring of Trials for this one. You'll find this area to not only have a lot of Windroc's, but also a good amount of Clefthooves. As such, pair this quest up with https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/quest=9789

Go the entire Telaari Basin and you will get all 30 if you go through it and back again. Plus you may come out with a primal earth or two from the earth elementals. I did :)

As shown on the picture, slay windrocs between the nessigwary camp, and garadar. Loads of them there.

Nice quest, killing gives good exp, reward good exp.

To speed things up (with clefthoof mastery and the other one as well) you can do this with a group, everyone get within eachothers range and kill one, less exp from the mobs and shared loot but if you don't want to take long, the more the faster.

Ran up into the hills for tortured earth spirits, from one end to the other, then back down along the bottom of the hill for the birds.

for those of you w/o coord addon, its northwest, across the road from nestingwary and just at the bottom tip of the mountains on the map. there are tons flying around there.

This quest is bugged :( Killing Windrocs does not count and therefore the quest can't progress. ^^ `
Sent a bug report, hopefully they will take time to fix it, want the boots ! =)
