most of the hunter armor sets dont look very nice. gladiator set looks bad ass but have to work kinda hard for it

Which one is Better? Field Marshall or Grand Marshall? I see a score of Field Marshall higher than Grand

I currently have 4 of the 5 pieces of this set and it rocks (skip the helm, it's a piece of ^&*!). Then get the epic boots, bracers, belt, and cape from the BG's and you have gear that will put you well over 10k health and you are ready to compete in the Arenas like a champ.

Don't know why more people don't work towards this set when they are new 70's, it's worth a couple weeks of work.

Leggings of Beast Mastery are NOT better for pvp than the pursuit leggings. Check out the res, AP, and crit you miss on the beast leggings and you'll see what I mean. Otherwise the stats are a wash.

This is the best pvp hunter set before glad, so if you are in a sucky arena team, (both my 2v2 and 3v3) then you should definately grind honor for this set. If you think that BL is just as good for pvp, ur head is srewed on wrong.

Beast lord:

Agil = 125
Stam = 88
Intel= 94
AP= 210
durability= 390
Mana regen= 16 per 5 sec.

Grand marshal lvl 70 set:

Agil= 103
Stam= 176
Intel= 47
Crit= 68
Resilience= 86
AP=110
durability= 390

The grand marshals owns BL in the ass w/o even trying, the stam automatically outdoes the whole bl set for arena and pvp. You dont want to deal the most damage, you are trying to survive the longest in the ring FTW. cheers!

This set looks exactly how lv70 sets should look; powerful, BIG, and reputable. Sure, if u like sleek (gay) looking shoulders than this isnt for u. Plus the stats are perfect for pvp, great choice for newbs to arena.

i began buying pieces of this set in my early 60's and had 3 pieces by the time i got to level 70.

i had previewed them and expected to have to hide helm, but on a night elf female (or my night elf female atleast) the set doesnt look half bad. everything on a nelf female is smaller, so the shoulders dont look as ridiculous as they do on night elf males or....taurens?

either way. the set looks pretty good on a nelf female, and somewhat strange on every other hunter class.

this set is good for arena climb, especialy with the 35 resilience bonus and the concussive bonus. If you referring to the beast lord set, that is strictly pve. it has alot of agility and intellect. overall this set kicks the beast lord sets ass in almost every aspect.

I am planning on replacing my lvl 60 epic PvP set with this. Gronnstalker's would be nice, but raids are hard to get formed and AV is always going. Anyone have any thoughts on which I should take the time to get: lvl 70 PvP or tier 6 raid set? I do an equal amount of PvP and PvE and find that the epic PvP set does just fine for PvE as well (keeps ya alive when your crits raise your threat and big elites want to thump you instead of tank, lol). Feign Death FTW!

this armor as of S3 can no longer be purchased in any way.

the only way you could have a piece of the set is to have bought it before season 3 came. personally, i have 3 pieces in the bank :P

I am no true expert but based upon what I have seen and read this set is no longer available via honor. If you are a PVE'er who has grinded for keys (have honored rep with many factions) there is still good news for you to start PVP with.

Pieces with the same stats (different look) are available now as the new 2.4 set "Stalker's Chain Battlegear".

The pieces of the Stalker set can be bought for gold (with rep greater than honored) from the following factions:

This will get you the same stats but I think they look more like "Beast Lord armor". If you want armor that looks like this old set, IDK... This Stalker set is good to start PVP with until you can earn better gear...
