so far i know is this the only way to get mana on youre pants, since the rest (is better but not giving mana), and yes the other enchant give's 8 interlect.

NEVER use it on legs becuse its on of the only enchants you can put on your head

If u get 2 of those, u can have it on both legs & helm.

To get 2 u have to get the libram then, do the quest and get another after u finish it.. becuase it is a unique item and u can only carry 1.. just a lil reminder...

And u can apply these to any leg and helm item.. and send it to other chars.. good for low lvl twinkage..

Whats The name of the libram so you get HP+100 on leg/hed.?

Does anyone know if arcana are unique, like the librams themselves are? The item doesn't "say" unique, so does that mean I can have more than one in my possession?

In other words, can I acquire a stack of these and save them in my bank for equipment upgrades?

The HP libram of constitution adds +100 health on Leg or Head

Sure that's true you can put it on a BOE item but the : Lesser Arcanum of Rumination is soulbound so you have to do it with a level 50+ character to actually put it on an item, and you can put it on through no trade slot so it's good for all twinks to be honest with ya!
