Here are all the different librams you can collect remember you can only have 1 book of the same type at once. Once you convert the book in the quest you can(theoretically) carry the same arcanum with you. The two letter abbreviations are BS and DM are for where the quest turn in is for that libram. BS = Burning Steppes DM = Dire Maul

What each of the arcanum do:
Rumination - BS - 150 mana
Constitution - BS - 100 hp
Tenacity - BS - 125 armor
Resilience - BS - +20 fire resistance
Voracity - BS - +8 str/agi/sta/int/spi (only 1 stat of the 5)
Rapidity - DM - +1% haste to attacks (ranged/melee)
Focus - DM - +8 healing and damage from spells
Protection - DM - +1% to dodge

Is it possible to enchant some leg item with +100 hp and repeat that with a new book in case i get a better leg item one day?

Nightdragon can be found at 35,58 and 40,78.
Whipper root can be found at 40,85.

OK, this is simple. These librams only enchant leg or head slots. Two slots where there are no normal enchants for. You can put one enchant on legs and one on head, that is it. They are not earthshaking enchants but they are better then having nothing there. If you put something like an armor kit on your legs, which takes up a slot, and you put this over (or visa versa) it will replace the kit. This is because they do not stack. I have +8 Int from Libram of Voracity on my White Soul Helm, if I then put THIS +100 health on my helm it would have THAT and NOT the +8 int. I have several of these books that I have done and I got this one dropped on me yesterday in WPL (I don't remember if it was a searing ghoul or souless ghoul I was killing at the time). I have killed over 300 53-57 level undead in the WPL in the last 2 weeks and this is the first time one of these dropped for me. These books are hard to get or expensive to buy (in AH on Silvermoon they go for about 25 gold depending on the book) and the stuff to turn them in is also hard to get and/or expensive to buy (like the black diamond). So you could easily spend 80-100 gold buying the book and the stuff you need if you don't farm them. Many people would not think it is worth 100 gold or the days of farming to get +8 int. However, as with anything else for end game enchants it is a stacking game. It is not meant to be easy or everybody would have them. I will probably get the gem and save it in my bank (until I get my Lawbringer helm or legs). If your on Silvermoon and have questions feel free to ask TrinTheWhite.

it works like any enchant, in that way that you can get a BoE - "enchant it" with the libram q gem, and then mail it to your favorite char.

At least for now.

Will the Librams of Constitution ... ect, stack with the Zandalar reward enchant for head, and legs?

The arcanum is BoP, but you can either apply it on a BoE and send it like the others said, or do something a little more intricate in case you only have 1 account, where you can have a friend or a guild mate to get the mats (someone you TRUST), then the arcanum. You can get the libram + mats for boar lung juice + diamond in advance and trade them, as they are not BoP, but your helper will have to get the Dragon's Breath in Felwood.

You then log with your alt (e.g.: a twink) and he can apply it like an enchant via trade window in the "item will not be traded" slot.

My twink has now 2 of these, kicks serious ass.

Is there a quest I need to get to find the Night Dragons Breath? I am standing on the coordinates 40,78 ,listed above and I cannot find anything.

I myself, having two twinks, use librams... and this is how you do it. There are two ways actually:

1) If you have a level 60 character and the head or leg item you want enchanted is Bind on Equip..continue reading...if you don't, go to #2. Ok, so... get the Libram you want...collect all the items needed for the libram quest. Complete the quest and get the item that gives the enchant. If your item you want to equip to your twink is BoE, this will work! If it doesn't...this method won't work... anyway...use the Libram item enchant onto the item...then mail it to your twink! This can easily be done for the Green Tinted Goggles all twinks seem to like.

2) Ok...so you've come to step two...either your item you want enchanted is BoP or you dont have a lvl 60... Well.. Make a friend with a level 60..or if you already have a 60 friend..then GREAT!...(Or you could pay a person to do this for you) Get your friend (or paid friend) to do the Libram quest..have him gather all the items.. give him the 30 gold required to combine the items for the quest and have him complete the quest... Now... just like any other enchant... trade with your friend and put your item in the 'will not be traded' slot and your friend will be able to use the enchant on your item!

location of dragon plants are correct as stated above. I can verfiy it as I looked for both locations and they are correct. 35.58, and 40.78. 35.58 is at shadow hold entrance. 40.78 is in middle of wolfs and bears beside jadefire demons at jadefire glen.Hard to get to both without alot of killing lol. good luck!

The Libram of Constitution is a random world drop, found in any area within a specific lvl band that it can only be found inside of. Your best chance of finding one is in the Auction House.

Although costly, the +100HP is worth the buy and is great for lower lvl twinks or just as a way to get a higher foot in Pvp battles.

Just to tell you put Lesser Arcanum of Constitution on Lucky Fishing hat best head gear for 19 twink no the crappy googles but youll need a friend to get it for you. You just get all the mats for the quest they get the item and you to like a enchant on a BoP item put it in the will not be trade spot. A lot better ( lucky fishing hat has 15 stam on it ^^)

I was collecting the "Night Dragon's Breath" for the quest when sudenly another Libram dropped! I was so happy because they sell for about 40G. Then the disappointment when I realized it was unique and I could not loot it. I was alone and there was nobody to give my other one so I could loot it. I jumped on my mount ran to the closer gryphon flew to Wintersping and to put my libram in the mail came back immediately and..... My loot had diapered :( well at least I tried :/

What did I learned? Never carry thos kind of unique items on you, keep them in your mail damnit!

Would i be able to do this if i had a 29 twink with a +13 stam head already equipped and a 53 hunter to get the Lesser Arcanium of Constitution? or would i need to buy a none equipped helm and put on that and trade over OR get the lesse arcanium on a freinds acc and then trade to twink sorry for all the q's? please help :P

Will this soulbound once the arcanum is applied to a BOE item? Dont want to waste libram or item with mistakes. Can anyone confirm it will not soulbound the item?

if u have a 57 get all the mats and stuff then get the arcane can u send that to ur twink then trade it to a 50+ then have them put it on for u?

There are a number of other books found around the world. They are "lost texts" of the Quel'Thalas High Elves? There are two NPCs that "collect" these when you find them.

One NPC, Mathredis Firestar, is found in Flame Crest in The Burning Steppes.
He only accepts Librams of Constitution (100HP), Resilience (20FireResist), Rumination (100mana), Tenacity (125armor), and Voracity (+8 to any stat).

The other NPC, Lorekeeper Lydros, can be found in the Library in the Dire Maul instance (North entrance).
He accepts Librams of Focus (+8 healing&spelldmg), Protection (1%dodge), and Rapidity (1% haste).

Each of these enchants can only be applied to a Head or Leg item. Normal enchants provided by Enchanters cannot enchant Head or Legs, thus making these types of enchants that much more valuable!

Each Libram is Unique so you can only carry one at a time. After finding said Librams and taking them to said NPC, the NPC will tell you what items you need to obtain the enchantment each book provides. For more information on how to obtain each of the components requried for the turn-in, click on the link I provided for each book to read about the quest associated with it.
