And yes, you could probably get in in Gadgetzan, as well.

Also, this SEEMS to be a balance for the NE recipe of Kadeori Spider Kabob; the heal rate & stat bonuses are the same. Maybe each race has 1 recipe like this? What about the Deeprun Tram rat Kabobs?

In Brill you can buy this from the Trade's Vender and if you go to Gagestzon or Booty Bay and put on the Auction House the Alliance can get this also .. and you can make some Killer coin of the recipe... Enjoy and have fun playing WOW

No, I have no idea why a Ghostlands recipe is sold in out by Undercity. Take the translocate orb and make a quick five-minute run.
