This along with the Plans: Runic Plate Shoulders are the hardest to farm from the runic plate set. Took me months of on and off farming and the less than 1% drop is quite accurate. Problem is the mobs are easy to kill per se but they arent a guaranteed spawn since a Sorceress, Siren, Serpent Guard or Myrmidon can spawn in place of the Warriors. Best way to farm these guys is to simply kill everything in the island over and over.

OK I have been looking for these for a while I have the other 4 pieces. While looking for these I have had the other Naga drop the other ones I have already in the past, but now I don't get those anymore and Alcaz Island has the Dr.Wevil Minions on it now, does anyone know if blizzard changed who drops these and the other runic plate plans? and if so where are they now?

I got this as a drop from Strashaz Warrior, so don't give up on farming :)
