Dropped for me and 2 friends while we 3 man grinded lbrs for the recipy for greater FR potion. Well selling it for 100+g on maelstrom.... Easy place to grind mage/hunter/priest. Just like strat baron, 3 man grind the first 3 bosses and reset, just need some skills :)

Took me 6 hours to get these plans, I killed Bannok 11 times before they dropped. Thank god we can get the chest too, or I don't know if I would have been able to do it. Sold them for 1k on my server, so worth the effort.

Does anyone have this on Thunderhorn, Horde side? Sure, I'm about 10 levels before I can use it, but it'd be nice to know who to go to to make it, so I can start collecting the materials now. :P

I got the plans after 80-85 resets. only spawned 2 times. once he dropped the belt second time he dropped the plans and a blue ax ^^ Good Luck everyone not on dethecus

He spawns in the room before Wyrmthalak with the orcs and the cracks in the floor.

He's one of the orcs sleeping in the corner, but he's a rare spawn.

The plans are dropped by Bannok Grimaxe in LBRS. He is a very rare spawn, and it is roughly a 12% drop from him. So, it's a rare spawn / rare drop. Grimaxe spawns near the red tents before the spiders - as i've been told by multiple sources.

Many servers, as of March 29, 2005 still do not have the plans to make this.

One way to camp it is to have a priest use mindvision to see if Bannok Grimaxe is up. It's also possible to have a rogue stealth down there. I've heard of people resetting the instance 20+ times and still not having him spawn.

Good luck with this... it's a royal pain to get the plans.

The named who drops those plans has been nerfed, he spawn less since the last patch.
Some players talk about 1 spawn out of 90 reset.

But there's a rumor that those plans are now dropped in upper spires, i guess it's that named in the upstairs of the rookery. Did someone has some infos about?

Anyone know where in BRS this guy spawns? I'm guessing it's the Red Orc at the bottom of Lower BRS, but not sure.

Anyone looking to buy these plans on EU Deathwing, Alliance side, then /w Xeophonix. I can sell them to Horde if you can get someone to contact me on Alliance.

I found 2 of these babies in 5 runs. Grimaxe spawned for me 4 times in 6 runs. So wicked.
