I don't know if there any other Diablo II jukies out there, but the Doombringer was a sword on that game aswell, gonna think thats where Blizz was going with this.

i just got this......level 52 Warrior.......i havent used this yet but I'm sure its going to be awesome once i can......heres my plan, use this till 60 and do some BRD Scholo DM and all those instances at around 58 and up to level a little faster and then in my free time when not instanceing I'll just equip this bad boy and go grinding until I'm redy to start ZF with my guild......what i wanna know is if this is good enough to take through those higher lvl instances with only 51DPS?

im a warrior lvl 55, and im using a pretty crapy wep with high max damage. i have Doombringer but is it worth it to soulbound it..?

once you get to 60 this weapon sucks, especially now that everyone is in epics, good to work you way up till 60 with.

I have used this sword to kill dozens of players in WSG and most of them were using epic weapons and armors. If you are a hunter you can use two different instant attacks so your chances to hit the enemy with the shadow bolt are really high.

Don�t begin to say people is newbie or noob. And this is a good sword if you know how to use it.
I use this sword in WSG and i�m always one of the 3 players who kills more people, no matter if the enemy has epic gear.

Just after AQ gates opened some bunch of mobs with some lieutenant dude boss appeared in Tanaris, me (60 mage) pulled them to Gadgetzan. After hours of the guards spawning, getting mind controlled, getting ganked by horde and keeping the boss in combat, he died and dropped this, me, being the first attacker, was free to loot it xD :)) Sold it in the AH for around 25g, I heard he drops some other nice BoE epics too though.. screw my luck.

I think that this sword is more powerfull than others in this lvl. But if want to sell it do it its worth it also...

I've had this now for 3 levels. Came from the "Titan's Sword" to this. Faster hit rate than most 2-handers but the additional shadow dmg doesn't proc near enough. At a rough guess, I'd say it procs 1 out of 25-30 swings. Not worth giving up the big stat bonuses of other weapons near this level. Once, in a dream, I had it proc twice in a row.

My opinion is that the Doombringer is nice but it would probly do more damage if it was enchanted... so my characters (i got three one is a warrior, a druid, and a hunter) but my hunter is going to have the doombringer and my others will have ummmm.. i geuss better things than that.

So can anyone tell my why they don't or do like the sword and what could make it better besides enchantments?

So if anyone could do that it would be nice and if you wanna mail my hunter his name is Christer... he is a lvl 5 dwarf hunter on the Vashj server on the alliance's...

Mine dropped from a Winterfall Ulsa in Winterspring. Good two handed weapon and it works brilliantly for me. I am a arms/fury hybrid. Arms makes it hit harder, fury helps it hit faster.

It's a fast 2h sword on it's own, but works even better with a counterweight. PvE/PvP must have!

I'm going to keep it until level 60 where i will get blade of misfortune.

I am a lvl 56 pally and bought this weapon for 20 gold and straight away i guy on the trade channel was sayin selling fiery enchant 25 gold so i looked up the mats and they would have cost me 30 gold so i said sure ill buy the enchant.
this weapon looks amazing and proc's like mad!
sweet for a pally cause its a 2 hander.

this sword isnt good for anything besides maybe pve...only thing that was okay about it is that it attacks pretty fast. i was feeling pretty shallow at the time and had the money so i put a nice lifestealing enchant on it muhaha...the speed is awesome and procs often...wouldnt advise any warriors to buy it as a main weapon though

14g at AH nice sword
even for a hunter who rarely melee's this is a great sword, it procs often and hunters should really try to stay below 3.2 on spd, for this reason alone, when the fight gets nasty, and you lose range, it is better to swing underneath spell casting times and or warriors with slower weapons.
I know the damage isnt as high but you can get roughly 4-5 swings between wing clips. plus it looks cool. I love this sword

almost as fast a a good one hander, yet dmg and procs like a two hander
get that weapon chain though as i never ever want to be disarmed, but hunters really shouldnt ever melee, its just not our style

UBRS = Upper Black Rock Sphire. Did I spell 'Sphire' correctly? lol

Btw, considering this is a level 55 superior, its stats are pretty unjustified. Ta'Kierthan Songblade more dps and is only level 52 AND its much easier to get. Well...I'm assuming this sword procs as often as Black Menance and etc.

I have the blade, but cant link a pic of it....dmg itsself isnt wonderful, but it's good for a ret pally and has good speed, and it procs VERY often, at least for me...

I just got this weapon for 40g in the AH, becasue it was going for so cheap I bought it and also got Crusader put on it. I am only 53 so I can wait to use it. Im a Retr. Pally and I was just wondering if it will be as good as some people say it is?

Upper Blackrock Spire is in Blackrock Mountain, between Searing Gorge and Burning Steppes. Blackrock Depths (BRD), Upper Blackrock Spire (UBRS), and I think Molten Core (MC) are all there too.

This looks like a pretty cool sword. I currently use Dragon's Call and Crest of Supremecy when I need the armor, I do use Demonslayer when I'm in WPL/EPL. (holy pally speced)

In my opinion...If you wait a tiny bit longer, then you can get Destiny, addmittedly alot more expensive but im using it in Naxx!

on kalegnos(new server)this thing sells for 8-9g! while i ezly sold a the ziggler for 35g buyout this 2h sword for lvl 55 only sells for 9g its pretty ^&*!ed. people say it sucks cause of the speed that isnt for wars...well hunters must be happy

It's a 2h-sword with nice damage and speed. It also has a good proc rate so, it's a pretty good BM hunter weapon, I presume.

Bought mine for 50g. I dunno, the speed seems fine, and I certainly seem to be doing plenty of damage with it. Put a +7 damage enchant on it, and, during a recent UBRS raid, I came in 2nd for damage off-tanking with this thing. I outdid everyone except our main rogue. Before I got this sword, I was usually 8th-10th with my Massacre Sword. Proc rate of Seal of Command and my crits still seem pretty frequent for me. Maybe I'm just getting lucky.

A level 60 friend gave this to me. Just handed it over (along with Witchfury, Demonslayer, etc). Because it'll be awhile before I get to the level required, and being the noob I am, I gave it away to a guildie. I didn't realize it was awesome and could make me so much money! haha Oh well. Better to be nice than greedy.
