its only one thing too say about it and it is that its imba... a rogue with slice and dice, blade flurry and some fast haste weps can get like 0.20 attack speed :O

Gives 55.71% melee haste at level 22. This is very powerful for melee dps at that level.

Could Use Blade Flurry, Slice & Dice, fishliver Oil, AND berserking....imagine....hahaha

With Flurry(30%) + Bloodlust(30%) + berserking (10-30%) + any haste item/enchant/etc, holding 2 daggers with 1,5 speed...imagine that speed!

You can have this active while having Slice n' Dice on. It does a nice boost to your speed, and to damage ^^

The spell details indicate that it only affects melee attack speed in Classic Era, so this is a very niche-use item for hunters and casters. You could potentially save it to get through the shatter phase for Viscidus in AQ40.
