Both Thottbot and Allakhazam say this item lasts for 1h, and not 2 minutes as it says here. It has always lasted for 1h, and it is also currently lasting for 1h. Is this an upcoming change? Confusing and misleading either way.

These things are going to be very popular now that the World Dragon Encounters are released (Emerald Dream Dragons in Ashenvale, Azshara, Duskwood etc) which all do a lot of Nature Damage. Then there's the Ahn'Qiraj that will eventually be opened on servers when the War Efforts are completed, making these things even MORE desirable. For the people who can make these potions, or collect the necessary ingridients for them, this is a dream come true! We all know that these high level players will shed lots of money for this kind of stuff. So, Alchemists and Herbalists everywhere, gather these things and stock them! They shall be worth millions in times to come!

The oozes share the spawn slot with the elementals.

devouring ooze <==> decaying horror
vile slime <==> Rotting Behemoth

Devouring ooze is very annoying/dangerous mob that is hard for anyone to kill efficiently except some crazy mage with arcane explosion.

Vile slime' only note worthy attack is a fire based windfury type attack. (not a lot damage either) just keep killing the vile slime, Rotting Behemoth will spawn in the slot.

This recepie maight be hard to get but when you have it it's realy easy to make pots! Kill some rocks and go around Azhara getting Dreamfoil..easy!

I farmed the recipe with my 60 mage and had no problems with the adds. One Cone of Cold an then one ae and they are down.
Farmed about 20 elementals ang got the recipe. then i farmed 2 hours more for my friend but didnt get it a second time :-/ But 2 nice blue drops selling for 60g.

nature protection potion sells like crazy on my server. is sold 1 stack (5 potions) for 20g. next time i'll make 25g buyout

Ok, well i got mine off decaying horror lvl 56. in total i killed 10 of decaying horror lvl 56 and 17 decaying horror lvl 55, 5 Rotting Behemoth "lvl 57" <--i think. They go down easy. and as said earlier slammies are a pain. but just remember to be patient. i was there for like an 1hour... Oh... and not much you can do about there damage. it is not nature or something if is fire and arcane from a distant- red slammies. the red ones at a distant can be pulled with a bow and are not linked with the clear ones... oh i killed like 44 of the clear ones and like 22 of the red. i would take health potion if you are not a rogue, i have decrease time on vanish and did not have to much of a problem with aggro if you learn there patterns. you will get this with patients.

takes about 90 mins for the recipe to drop, but it drops for sure.

This potion sux i mean cmon if someone is inflicting nature damage on u do the potion and then he wont damage u but u wasted all of the herbs just for i guy to not damage u

If you need these in AQ20 you are doing something wrong, much like you shouldn't need fire pots against Geddon. The main uses for these are heavy nature-dps bosses in AQ40, ie Huhuran and Viscidus, maybe C'thun and Lod Kri too.

The normal pot Nature prot pot doesn't even eat the dmg from first boss in AQ20, and iirc, the effect hit me aswell... I don't think you can escape that one.

A sad side-effect with the higher demand of these pots... ElemEarth will soar higher in AH-price, which makes it harder to craft 2% crit stones..

Would be great agains the first boss in AQ20, since i thought that if you absorb an attack, you also absorb the side effects. So you wont have the silence + -75% chance to hit for 25sec everytime sand explodes

You won't need these in AQ for Classic, save yourself the trouble/time/gold and get the normal ones: Nature Protection Potion

On pservers, the bosses do 20% more damage to compensate players being better but these players still don't bother with greaters. Princess Huhuran & Viscidus are the primary nature dealers, you will be stacking NR gear as melee on Huhuran and Viscidus does an aoe poison dot to remove these. The greaters are a gold trap and you can be safe in the knowledge that they are unnecessary.

That said, it may be worth carrying 1-2 stacks for progression especially for newer players to classic and newer healers
