Ever since i started cooking them i can confirm that at least with every "Well Fed" icon i have found this fish stacks with it - there is its own sta icon as well as you don't have to continue to eat it for 11 seconds- just click on it and as soon as she sits you have the buff :)

Certain foods used to stack with each other, this was one, but a few patches ago they made it so you got 1. food buff, 1. drink buff and thus these no longer stack.

Where do you fish for these? am fishing and have not run across them. Recipe at BB by the way.

You can catch them off Feathermoon Stronghold..

I fished for these at Steamwheedle Port. They dropped about 1 for every 10 yellowtail for me.

I'v had a 13% drop rate at Raventusk Village in Hinterlands, along with 7 other types of fish
