Too bad the item that this creates is pretty much useless... You're going to replace it pretty darn fast once you get in OL with something better and cheaper.

The mats for are extremly expensive (40 felcloth?!!)

Am i missing something here because this warlock robe has a .2% drop and the robe of the archmage (what this would be for a mage) has a 5% drop rate from a normal mob i think. AM i seeing something wrong?

got this from gandling, was very excited. mage actually won the roll but she didnt get it. i woulda been very bitter. took me 4 hours to farm the runes because they're BoP, and the essence of fire was a pain to farm as well. well worth it for my first epic, especially since curse of agony is about to start getting bonuses from +shadow damage. i dont use the robe all the time however, only in instances when i need to max my dps. combined with the +shadow felcloth gear its pretty nice. since imp is so weak the 10 minute pet heal is awesome for when there's aoe damage getting thrown around, keeps him in the game that much longer =)

hay i got mines yesterday i was shocked when it popped out hehe, well after the patch comes out it will be BOE instead, im from Elune, so whoever is there want one, lol good luck getting the mat =).

+48 shadowdmg rockz, thats about 57 mana more per lifedrain/lifetap combo :D

So how come when all dmg gears got about 30% increased dmg in the last patch, robe of the void only got like +1 dmg?

Make this +64 dmg or make it blue color:p

I was in a group and was the only warlock, 300 tailor. The pattern popped and a hunter accidently rolled on it. Of course I rolled a 14 and he out rolled me. I was bummed and portalled out. Then I was talking to the hunter and he swore he didn't have it. I believed him as he is a friend of mine. I didn't see any glow on the corpse before leaving but now I suspect it was there and left on the body. I opened a GM ticket and "bah" they said they couldn't do anything about it. What a load of crap blizzard. If i'm the second highest roller and the high roller isn't qualified to win why not award it to the highest qualified roller. BAH! SIGH!

Dropped for me two Scholo runs in a row, both times I won the roll.

First time master looter gave to a warlock who said he 'needed' it, but was trying to sell it @ 400G the following day.

The second time I gave it to a warlock in my guild.

To every1 who is complaining about that only tailors can get this robe: Deal with i! it is your fault that you didn`t choose tailoring! and if you want it soooo bad, change to tailoring and lvl your skill to 300, and make it! stop whining!

Found it yesterday with a bunch of guildies. Also dropped with Headmaster's charge, surprisingly. Warlock got the charge, and I, a 60 mage rolled for the pattern. Got it and trying to AH it.

Just bought it for 75g from AH (Horde on EU Ravencrest) which I think is very cheap. Saw it drop once, warlock got it (of course)

Total cost of my robe was:

Pattern: Robe of the Void - 35 g
Essence of Fire 12 - 23,30 g
Essence of Undeath 12 - 28 g
Felcloth 40/40 - 17 g
Bolt of Runecloth 12/12 - 0 g (grinded myself)
Demonic Rune 20/20 - 0 g

Makes it a total of 103,3 g, pretty cheap considering how good the robe is ;)

Dropped on Medivh in scholomance off the headmaster guy. Warlock lotted a 78 on it and, looking out for my RL warlock friend I lotted on it too. As lady luck would have it I......LOST with a roll of 1. I congratulated the warlock and gave him all the essence of undeath he needed(didn't need them). So after the raid I decided to go on thottbot to see the drop rate and my jaw hit the floor. It's a 0.1-0.4% drop rate... lucky SoB T_T

Haha wow for 75g? ON our server it goes for around 1500-2000g. I got mine today (finally) and i can wait to make it. Guild is helping me out on the regeants so i dont have to pay to much for it.

Shiva, be glad you lost the roll. The robe pattern can only be looted by a 300 Tailor Warlock - it has a tendency to disappear from the bags of a winner who isn't one.

No, I'm not joking. Happens with all the epic robe patterns.

i know all servers are different but someone saying 200-300g seemed extremely expensive, then i saw that it went for 1500-2000g cant believe how much it is on your servers, got my one for 40-45g cant remember exactly, and im gonna farm the rest maybe request the essence of fire from guildbank bought a few felcloth if i stop spending now i will have only spent 51g not bad for an epic like this

made the robe and now have +345sd setup. (sm/ruin)
this robe rocks just wish the cooldown for the heal was 5min instead of 10.

These pattern's need to be changed to learnable by job class only.

Its kinda %^&*ty that they let a job class learn something they can never use or sell.

Most people in the heat of the moment will just learn it, to be disappointed at a later date.

Worse still, make it and then realise it is BoP. (that would hurt)

I needed on this in Scholo the other day, and I made the robe, but my HUNTER can't wear the robe! That is a total hunter armor. Blizz needs to WAKE UP.

Yeah i actually got my tailoring up to 300 like 2 hours ago. Started it yesterday and only worked on it for like 4 hrs. All i need left is 9 Essence of Fire (i got the rest) and my guild is helping me with everything (PoA). Going to be on around midnight to go farm for them and may buy some on AH....ill add u to my friends list and /w u when i can make it, so i can show u what it looks like (if your on). I think ill be the first on the server. Its badass looking.
