Yes it works, but the chance on hit is pretty rare..

You'll notice it by the visual druid healing affect that happens to your character. The weapon is not worth it's chance on it, but I definately like the speed and dmage of it.

Mmm i got this last night , it doesnt proc often at all , i reccomend my choice .. the Cold forged Hammer from AV reward , yes as a paladin i find it hard to win AV but you can do it !

You find this in mara on the elemental boss Landslide he also drops some warrior/pally gloves to.But when fighting him watch out for the the other elementals that spwan Have fun

It procs so rarely that when it did, I looked around for the druid that cast rejuv on me (same graphic/sound). I DE'd it the day after I got it. Like someone said, get charstone dirk instead, especially if you've got the hypertech buckler.

Really fast weapon for main hand.. got it at lvl 48, at which you can't get a viking warhammer or charstone dirk, so..

dual wielding shammy right now.. i rock the block.. haven't seen the proc (because of evil fights), so i'll keep an eye out for that, however, the main thing for me is the speed and dps involved.. 73dps on my main hand right now ^_^

Does anyone know if the proc (or any procs in general) goes off while in Bear or Cat form? Want to know if this is worth saving for my druid...

Does Fist of Stone drop anymore or did blizz just nerf the mace by taking off the stats?
Doesn't proc very much on my Shaman but the weapon speed is nice and every now and then you will get a few in a row. I would have liked it better if it had some more stats on it. Just the proc and speed alone is not really worth it.

Edit: Apparently It was a nerf so ya thats great.

I have found that i get the 50 mana about 1/10 hits, not great but its mana!

Amazing pally tanking weapon. Regardless on how often it procs, it's a sub 2.0 one hander with decent DPS for the level. Pick this up with the hypertech buckler if you're a prot pally.

pretty useless if u ask me, im a prot pally and it hardly procs at all the blade of the wretched is much better, a drop in sunken temple

DOES NOT EXIST ANYMORE, I had this drop for me in mara last night, it no longer has the stats on it *the stam or spirit* but it still has the chance on hit.

Does this thing still exist?

I have done 13 maraudon runs to get this thing with my shaman and it hasnt dropped a singel time.

This mace just double procced (restored 100 mana) when i hit a frog.

Anyone else experienced this?

Wondered what the patch notes meant...

Fixed a bug with Fist of Stone that caused it to have stats that it shouldn't have. Existing Fist of Stone items have not been changed.

Looks like the big patch got rid of the stats on this weapons. Someone uploaded the new version yesterday. Glad I got my original version! :)

Have had this mace for two weeks, and frequently brought it out for HtH combat whennot on raids but in groups.

The Proc has yet to go off once. Or, if it does go off, it shows neither an icon nor gives a report in the combat messages.

Rather unhappy with it, but well, lets face it, since tehy removed the Stats, it's only a mediocre choice in the first place anymore

Very nice pally/shaman hammer.

When used with SotC (along with the maxed talent), attack speed is around 1.3, great for proc'ing any judgements you may have on the target.

The Shield "looks" like a Khan's Buckler. Similar stats to an Aegis of Scarlet but with Sta/Int stats so better for a Pally or Shaman :)
