Here are all the different librams you can collect remember you can only have 1 book of the same type at once. Once you convert the book in the quest you can(theoretically) carry the same arcanum with you. The two letter abbreviations are BS and DM are for where the quest turn in is for that libram. BS = Burning Steppes DM = Dire Maul

What each of the arcanum do:
Rumination - BS - 150 mana
Constitution - BS - 100 hp
Tenacity - BS - 125 armor
Resilience - BS - +20 fire resistance
Voracity - BS - +8 str/agi/sta/int/spi (only 1 stat of the 5)
Rapidity - DM - +1% haste to attacks (ranged/melee)
Focus - DM - +8 healing and damage from spells
Protection - DM - +1% to dodge

the arcanum you get from this book is also used for the paladin and warrior enchants from zul'gurub

i havent seen this drop for along time in DM until yesterday then 3 drop in one run and my guildies held one for me and sent to an alt so i have 2 for wrath helm and legs.

If your a warrior dont waste this on dodge.... the ZG enchant is far too good and now these things go for 250-300g which is crazy

i have a question, what if i put such libram enchant on my headpiece, is it only enchanted on that certain headpiece or does it enchants the headslot so that the enchant is on every headpiece i wear?

In the next patch, the Dire Maul Librams will no longer be a requirement for the Zul'Gurub enchantments. Instead, a new item drop from either Bloodlord Mandokir or Jin'do the Hexxer, along with the class appropriate Voodoo doll will be all that is necessary, making these enchants much more accessible to players.

We do plan to incorporate additional use for the Librams, but the specifics are yet to be determined.

The ZG enchant isn't availble to everyone. For the more causal gamers who don't have time for ZG or just the gamers who can't get into the right guild for it, I would totally recomend getting this enchant for Tanks.

And on another note... This book costing 150g-500g on most of the servers I've seen... It sits around 40g on mine. =)

I ran last night DM north and 2 of these things dropped! I am selling it for 350 gold :P i got one and the tank got the other off greed rolls

I just got one of these in DM yesterday but I didn't put it on the AH (WHat an idiot!)
Now it's time for the maintenance but hopefully i can sell the book for 200g maybe even less

Will the Librams of Constitution ... ect, stack with the Zandalar reward enchant for head, and legs? and how many can be stacked on a item?

They're only 2g-2g 50s because my server (Anvilmar)has barely anyone 50+, but I'm too poor anyway to buy it.

Elune is pretty overpopulated and they sell for 3g.
Most people want the TBC enchant I think.

This is crazy how expensive these are on your servers. People in Undermine server must not know what they are worth. Cuz they all go for around 5g! Im not even joking. I wish i could sell mine for 150g +.

So before zg came out I bought one of these at the ah for about 4g. I dumped it in my bank and forgot all about it until just now. What an (unintentional) investment!

There are a number of other books found around the world. They are "lost texts" of the Quel'Thalas High Elves? There are two NPCs that "collect" these when you find them.

One NPC, Mathredis Firestar, is found in Flame Crest in The Burning Steppes.
He only accepts Librams of Constitution (100HP), Resilience (20FireResist), Rumination (100mana), Tenacity (125armor), and Voracity (+8 to any stat).

The other NPC, Lorekeeper Lydros, can be found in the Library in the Dire Maul instance (North entrance).
He accepts Librams of Focus (+8 healing&spelldmg), Protection (1%dodge), and Rapidity (1% haste).

Each of these enchants can only be applied to a Head or Leg item. Normal enchants provided by Enchanters cannot enchant Head or Legs, thus making these types of enchants that much more valuable!

Each Libram is Unique so you can only carry one at a time. After finding said Librams and taking them to said NPC, the NPC will tell you what items you need to obtain the enchantment each book provides. I have all the mats for the protection libram and the aegis from ZG, just needed the voodoo doll and this libram. Decided to run DM north for this libram. The first mob that we killed in DM north dropped it.

Needless to say, I was one happy warrior. :P

Joined a random group going for a non-tribute north run, and the second ogre drops this. I didn't at all realise the gravity of the drop so I just thought cool.. a book - won the greed roll and figured neat.. I won; "Guys, wtf is this good for?" xP So my protpve warrior is stomping ground for an epic head or legpiece to come now (:

Or can it drop from the Ogres outside the instance too?

My bad, went there to check, and none of the mobs listen that drops it can be found outside the instance.

They definitly upped the droprate of the librams in 1.10, before i did like 10 runs and zero lib of prot dropped and tonight 2 dropped when we were at stairs(group sucked so i left :p) so start farming thsese $%^&*es!
