Excellent +Healing from a necklace, especially one from a 5-mannable instance. One of the best rares a healer could have equipped. Just wish it had some Intellect on it...

I got it when i was like 57 (lucky) and now im lvl 60 with nice blue/epic gear. I still use this neclace because the +healing and spirit is nice for long term casting. maybe when i go mc/bwl/aq40 ill get a better necklace but for now im happy with this little baby :P

Got this necklace last night in my Strat group! We were doubtful of even making it this far with 2 priests (one lvl 57) and a retarded tank...but we got it done and now I have this wonderful piece! I was so excited...although I have been running MC for a while now, this has still got to be the best neck piece out there for +healing before getting your epic gear. This baby put me over +400 healing bonuS! HELL YA! :D

Only downfall is the drop rate is kindy crappy...good thing I have luck on my side!

i (druid) rolled higher then the priest, but a mage took it :/

Is the droprate right, or was it added in one of the last patches, and the droptable on this site wasn't reseted? Still not seen in 30+ Stratholme-Runs.

Just got it and after we rolled (I was the only one) and I picked it up a shammy said he forgot to roll. So I asked if he was healing specced and he said "no, but I heal some times" ... Im full healing specced druid so up yours shammy! :)

I want this necklace so bad... lost a roll on this item against a MAGE. ARG! Would have replaced my Choker of Enlightenment. Stupid mages... sigh.

I (Druid) outrolled a mage tried to get the necklace & I was the only healer that needs that one, I told him "It's healer item" he said "I still want it for the stamina bonus", I was so upset because my number was 34, he rolled & got 12, LOL.

This is pretty much the second best neck for a priest in the entire game (probably other healer classes aswell but can't promise). the only thing I'll replace mine with is Pendant of the fallen dragon which drops from Vaelastrasz the Corrupt in BWL which is a big step up from ramstein ;p

Mages/Warlocks would make no use of the +33 healing bonus. It's +33 to HEALING spells and effects. Not +33 to damage and healing. Get it straight and learn to read text!

For resto shamans, this is pre-raid BiS for necklaces, and the only necklace that gives +healing, so if you are gearing up for raiding, you WILL have to run Stratholme UD until you win this.
