Kill Majordomo Executus the 9th of 10 bosses in molten core (10th is Ragnaros as almost everyone knows). A chest will spawn and that is the "Cache of the Firelord".

got it last night from Domo's chest.
Combinted with the new +15 FR enchant from guildie, this is the best fire res cloak for a mage, if not for all casters, IMO.

It is very hard to maintain mana pool and still have enough fire resistance. This is awesome. Got one lastnight for my Paladin and it's great.

Really nice cloak for any mana user. You get a good amount of fire resist without losing a lot of stats. I as a priest bid and won it months ago. It's of limited use now that we dont do MC anymore. But i still use in some situations in BWL and in pvp.

Picked this up for my Shaman last week and just put a +15 Fire Resist Enchant on it. Last FR cloak I will need till we get to NEF.

This cloak has more starting FR than the ony scale cloak, I added +15 FR to it and it's perfect. With the stats to it, this cloak is excellent for any mana using class.

very nice cloak got it last night, im now totallying 193 fire res unbuffed :P (60priest) :D still with 6.5k mana unbuffed, so sall good! :D

When (and if) those of you that haven't been to BWL get there and fight Vael or Firemaw.. you'll realize a cloak with this kind of FR and ANY stats is a lovely, lovely thing.. so quit !@#$%in about it "needing a little more stamina" or "a little more intellect would make it epic".. anyone worth their salt that hasn't been 'walked' through the endgame instances knows this is an extremely valuable cloak.

Casters fighting against Ragnaros need 120-150 fire resist. this cloak has 18 + other decent stats. Yes this is epic.

Put a +7 FR chant on this and you have 25FR. That'll do nicely thank you. Better still the new +15 FR enchant 'like what I have' , this cloak is then truly epic FR gear.

Won this cloak last night, not many people wanted it. It's pretty plain looking, though it is a very good cloak, just wish it had a little more stamina.

Compared to Shroud of the Exile (15int 7sta 7spi, blue): 6int vs 5sta 2spi 18FR.. Definately deserves the purple, but I would prefer it to have a little bit more int :)

I see the stats outside of the FR being decent, but not epic. I'm trying to think if I'd want to wear it outside of a few specialized fights that require high FR, like Baron Geddon, and Ragnaros. I think that would be based on what other cloaks I had, and their stats, and also how good this cloak looked. Maybe a little more stamina and I'd say this was an awesome all purpose cloak, right now I think it's more specialized.

I got this last night and this cloak definatly deserve to be epic. Huge ammount of FR and nice 3 other stats on a cloak makes it one of the better choices.

Got it 0 dkp due the upgrade system... As my old cloak was more dkp then this 1 I got it free :)

i got this cloak with +15 FR gear... im also wearing it for pvp as the +33 FR is damn good in pvp...

theres one think i feel is bad about the new patch, they upgradet the FR on the former green cloak from the first boss in UBRS to 20... i really think that sucks, compared to the easyness of getting it, the UBRScloak: gogo random group in UBRS and kill that campfire (wich i mean can be done 3-man). This one: gogo find a nice guild, use a hell lot of time of getting DKPs (and getting to domo) then you can take one run to him every week and wait untill it drops (appro each 6 times you kill domo) then you gotta outrace all the other casters to get the cloak...
Blizzard in addition to the 5+ FR you gave to the UBRScloak, then you Must give some more FR for this1 too... cant be true that a cloak you can easily get in a random group can have to highest FR of cloaks ingame!

anyone who complains about this cloak sucking is clueless. You think your guild is gana kill Rag or Vael by destroying all their stats just getting FR from greens?

a high end green FR cloak gives 15ish FR, maybe a little more, this gives 18 AND stats. Not a lot of stats but to have any stats with 18 FR is fantastic.

the fire resistance is what makes this cloack epic, that much fire ress on a cloack is super! ;P
